The weekend all you can eat dim sum was great! We reserved our spots online, which was super easy and allowed us to use the coupon available at the time. When we arrived there was a designated AYCE dim sum area and servers that appeared to be dedicated to those tables. They provide a tea service with a small selection of tea choices. And then the plates start rolling out! They have 2 carts - think a hot cart with har gow, siu mai, fung zao, cha siu bao etc and then a cold item cart with mostly sweet items like seasme balls or egg custard. They keep restocking the carts and bringing them over when you're ready. The servers also circulate with platters of other dishes. Overall it was a very impressive variety that they kept freshly stocked. The staff was attentive and friendly. For the price (with the coupon we used) it was definitely worth it, and we got way more food than we'd get for about the same price at the other major dim sum option in San Antonio.

After getting in from a long road trip, I ordered the family meal from the Callaghan location. The first unfortunate event with the restaurant is being out of hot oil. While waiting for my order, I saw the chef serve my phad thai as a dine in order before the cashier corrected him it was “to-go”. We got home, took out our food , and noticed 6 small pieces of our chicken for our general tso dinner plate. This is the $12 entree, in this case, with a burnt egg roll. As we began eating the phad Thai, we could not help but notice the burnt taste and over sprinkling of chili pepper flakes. We could not even enjoy the dish. When trying to call to have this replaced, all I got was ringing. Almost $70 gone to waste unfortunately.

this was not it.. i got the lunch lemon special. and the lady at the window was nice only reason im rating 2 stars. how ever i waited about 5-10 minutes for my food. it didnt bother me, i knew it would be fresh. the outside looks like it was a bit crispy no problem but the chicken looks like its either really dry or uncook. i ate it and it tasted so bad like they didnt even change the oil or didnt cook it correctly. my eggroll was hard to a crisp. the rice tasted like it had been sitting there. so disappointed in my lunch today.

Don't understand what's going on when my family and I started coming here a year ago food was awsome portions where big. At one point it was better and cheaper than golden wok....but now portions are little food don't taste the same and sometimes even cold...I ordered a pork fried rice but they didn't have pork and so I guess they decided not to inform me and put pork cracklins instead ...Today was the last straw I decided to try it but again a big disappointed .cold food and and super small portions......well good luck to ya in the future I'll be taking my business elsewhere ......ty FWI. Don't pay with a card and ask for a refund you'll never see your money the day I got crackling instead of pork I paid almost 70$ for my order and returned food same day within 20 min and still have yet to receive a refund has been going on a year now....Told management several times left my number for owner they never even gave me courtesy call .....They don't care.....But they will now cause I would go 2 or 3 times a week and order big orders Always would even tip all wait staff including...

We normally come to walk in on 410 and Military... I placed my order and my mother placed her order. I had to sweet and sour pork n my mom had the combo. When we got to the soup bar the corn chowder was lukewarm... I finally get my order and my mom doesn't get hers. 15 minutes have gone by and I get my order. My mother's order doesn't come at all so I go to the counter and inquired about my mother's order... So the employee goes to the kitchen and inquires about my mother's order. Another 10 minutes go by and my Mom finally gets her order... But when they handed to her it's just plain lemon chicken where's the combo... The lady says your receipt only... My mom and I look at each other and say no she ordered the combo.... Then places where the ticket says lemon chicken not a combo... It was just a horrible so my Mom requested that we take it to go and we just left my food was always cold because I never got to eat with my mother.... So never again are we going to go to this location... The service was horrible they never apologized and the...

TLDR; bad service, wrong order, and bad food. Pick another Wok Inn location to order from.

From placing the order and getting the actual food took 30 minutes for two plates despite them knocking out about 7 cars in the drive thru since i first placed the order. Granted it was online order so maybe got lost in tickets but there was only two other people inside aside from me.

They advertise that the entree comes with egg roll and the soup. My mistake to leave and not check order but no egg rolls for either plate and when called to ask if they might have forgotten they said we had to pay extra for them when ordering online. Doubt chain restaurants handle online orders differently so suspect just a blatant lie.

Sauce in the food was also coagulating and just bad like they didn't microwave it enough or something and filled with disgusting old vegetables. I've been to other locations and food has never been this bad or service had taken so long. Maybe it was just a bad day but again never had these issues with...
