Prestige Reception Hall — Attraction in San Antonio

We were invited to a party at this facility and I must suggest that you let your guest know that there is EXTREMELY LIMITED PARKING! Both business on either side have towing enforced signs so given the location, you have no choice but to park in neighborhood across the street. 2 problems I have with that is 1- Safety, not just of your vehicle but self, crossing a busy street like West Avenue & 2- the congestion you create for those in the community that live there or would like to visit with them. PLEASE suggest that your guest carpool or use ride-sharing to attend your party to make sure everyone safely arrives & leaves. This location is a really good size inside and it allows you to have it as plain or dressed up as you would like. When all this happened last year and couldn't have our daughter's birthday party instead of giving us hafe our money back they kept it all. 4,500 dollars gone and no party and they said they are honest people. Came for a sweet 15 the staff had attitude they ran out of food and when we asked for food for seniors they said all we have is some pizza and mash potato what the hell bad service all the way.
