St Timothy Catholic Church — Attraction in San Antonio

What a blessing to still have the Traditional Latin Mass in San Antonio. It's a shame it is not located in a place more centrally located so one and all can participate without difficulty getting there. Although the style of architecture is not aesthetically conducive to a traditional approach to worship, at least the parish has done its best to compensate with appropriate interior decor. When I am able to attend, the TLM is usually packed, brimming over with worshippers wanting to praise God reverently and seriously. Even though there are a lot of worshippers, there is always seating available. The priests who officiate are well formed in the authentic faith, and they preach well. It is a good place to worship despite the location and displeasing architecture. Also, it is the only diocesan TLM available in San Antonio...

My husband went to a retreat here in January of this year and when I attended this church on that Sunday I was amazed how the people welcomes you. How beauitful they are with visitors, no judging no looking at you how you dress, etc etc. The Pastor was awesome I really enjoyed this parish even though we belong to a different parish my husband and I prefer to come here.
