A local San Antonian friend of mine treated me for breakfast. I love Huevos Rancheros for breakfast. For me it's a special dish for a Sunday morning treat. My mind was blown when she tells me their tortillas are HOMEMADE! The fact that they make their own corn tortillas was already making me jump for joy.
