For future parents, students and visitors, I attended a function on campus dated 25 Feb 2024, if there is a hit and run incident, not all of the parking areas to include housing areas have cameras especially around parking area G. After a week and multiple calls, I was finally given information by Officer Badge Number 409 that this area is not the only areas un-camera. Sadly, the areas outside St. Mary is not so great then again, the cameras and security personal needs more assistance to safeguard people and property. I will not be going back nor allow my children to apply to St. Mary. Security should be paramount more so when someone parks next to a security camera. My opinion is that the camera wasn't working and getting the run-around is the normal P.C. for St. Mary unless you have problems near or around the Law Schools and housing per other badged officers not to mention their number on open forum. WARNING, do not park near or around parking area G, there are dead spots or the cameras do not work. Take care, be safe...

It's crazy after living in Marian my freshman year and then Treadaway my sophomore year (where you can touch both sides of the wall at the same time) and going back and seeing what kind of dorms the kids are staying in now. Must be nice!!! I can't believe we all accepted that as normal back then.... Their "nursing program" was interesting. They advertised it as a joint program but you're basically doing your prereqs at St. Mary's and then you need to apply and get accepted to UTHSCSA for nursing school. Some of the prereqs it would be me and just one other person, which was great for us, but the rest of the classes, some of the professors referred to everyone as premed students which wasn't applicable to all of us and annoying. All in all, fun and...
Read moreI im currently enrolled in the Master of laws program in St. Marys Law School. I will rate one star because for me as an international student its a shame that i can not choose my own courses. They have to be approved by a guy named Robert Summers which his arbitriarism is out of the world. When i came to San Antonio looking to extend my knowledge in the american law i never imagine that i could not do so because i had to follow the preference of someone else. My goal was to specialice in Immigration which was not possible because this proffesor wanted me to take courses that i wouldn't like (TO FIT THE BAR EXAM EVEN IF YOU DONT WANT TO TAKE IT AT ALL) Im very dissapointed with St Mary's School of Law. INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS BEWARE!! PLEASE HAVE EVERYTHING ON THE TABLE...
