Dairy Queen — Restaurant in San Antonio

Had to rate a 0ne star to write review. So once again the craving for ice cream comes along and once again I decided to give another chance. Which will ultimately be the LAST!! My orders are not complicated. 1 dipped cone, 1 vanilla cone, a strawberry chiradelli blizzard and a caramel sundae. I waited about 15 min at window after paying. Which took two pple to make change of a 20bill. As soon as I got blizzard and sundae in a bag I checked. And to my surprise I was like is this a medium?? Why is my little bit of ice cream drowning in caramel?? So guy comes to window giving two dipped cones. I said I had only one and asked if my sundae was medium and he said yes. He walks away to bring me just a vanilla cone. When he comes back with my cone I show him the sundae again and asked if it's supposed to be drowning in caramel. He said I'm not sure I didn't make it. I said is there a manager here. He said it am the manager. I said time after time I give DQ a chance and I'm always proven wrong. His answer was I don't know what to say? He could've said he would redo my sundae with a little drizzle and not drown my ice cream. His words were I don't know what to say. So inevitably this is...

Have to say was super clean and great food but none of that matters when your staff is rude and out of line. A man had ordered food and they miss heard him that he wanted a banana split. When he went to the register to ask the girl was rude and didn't respond right away so when he asked again she answered back with there making it now... Then the very rude manager said she didn't ring him up for one and that he could pay for one to which he responded yes I did right asking his daughter to which the very rude manager said she dont know anything that just about had be boiling already I mean all she had to say was no sir sorry I didnt hear u order it if you could please pay we would he glad to make u one but instead she made a scene and made my family feel uncomfortable for him and then told him to pay they will make him one..... Never again will I come to this location staff needs a better manager or at least retraining on how to speak to others. Iv been coming to this DAIRY QUEEN location for years jose is a very good manager and the morning one as well just don't know her name but the other day when I went to order my usual Blizzards there was a girl named Jean she had glasses I was trying to use my rewards that I always use there but come to find out they changed apps which I didn't know or wasn't informed like I said i go alot there every week and she said they changed it a week ago well she was telling me that they had changed apps to accept and she said I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU and shut the window in my face and you could see she kept talking and moving her hands and the guy that was helping me before he called her was shocked that she did that and apologized and that's that i was talking to her nice and for her to do that was uncalled for I even asked to speak to a manager but none was there I just hope she doesn't act like this when the managers are around cause I wouldn't want someone working like that around me being rude to...
