The Red Berry Estate — Attraction in San Antonio

We had our wedding and wedding reception at this beautiful venue in October 2022. We had toured quite a few venues prior to visiting the Red Berry Estate, but once we arrived, it was like transcending into another universe. The grounds are beautiful, the views are spectacular, and the planning staff as well as the waitstaff are remarkable. The beauty of this venue is that everything is at your fingertips, you don't have to venture to find a caterer or a rental company as it is all onsite. And in the life of a busy person this was one of the best perks. We had several meetings, walk throughs, and tastings prior to our wedding and they were always productive. The planning staff was very forthcoming with pricing, etc. I would say the one caveat we personally had was on our actual wedding day. It was SO incredibly windy that we had to cancel our grand finale firework show, and initially there was a hard line in the sand about not being refunded the money, so after several phone calls which escalated to management, we did get all of that taken care of, and I think they have since created a new policy for firework cancellation due to natural forces. Update: this is one of those venues that you truly must see to believe. It is hands-down the very best that San Antonio has to offer for private events! The designs, decor, landscaping, attention to detail, exceptional catering service.... It's all that and more. No matter what I write here in a review, it simply won't do it justice. The Mansion is steeped in fascinating history. If you are planning a private gathering The Red Berry Estate should definitely be on your list. If you are invited to an event there...GO!
