Garbage place! If I could leave less of a review I honestly would. Would love to thank Vinny for his horrible customer service. I appreciate you laughing at me and being unable to communicate as an adult should. How can I explain this place, It's like a guy set up his home gym then allowed people to come use it. Don't bother wasting your money here. Everything is absolutely run down. Broken, or on the verge of breaking. Only one of anything. If they even have it. Vending machines are usually empty. No working water machines. Hope it doesn't rain the time you wanna get a workout in cuz you'll be dodging buckets all over the floor and from above. Only good thing about this place is that it's 24/7. Just hope you aren't there when someone else is. 4 people in this place and it feels crowded. Called to see who I needed to speak to about my membership. I explained that I needed to cancel my membership early! Vinny didn't care to ask why just asked for my info so he could find my account. I explained I still had a month left on my membership and if I could get a refund for that remaining month. His response was NO and quickly offered to forward me my user agreement. Said it was all in there and confirmed my email. After he then offered to "place my membership on hold". I declined and explained that if that was an option why he didn't offer it before when he just said NO. Vinny began to laugh and told me he thought it was funny. Not sure what he found funny. When I asked him he said he just thought it was funny and hung up on me! Excellent customer service from a guy with a fragile ego. Guess he's not used to being told no. Yikes. Big Red flag for the company. Hope they use the money from my unused month to fix...

Okay so I was in town for the weekend and I used to go down to the OG ( Previously Olympic Gym) when I was here. Well, unfortunately, that place was closed down and I needed a place to train. This gym was recommended to me and I must say I was not disappointed. Let's go over the Pro's:

Adequate strength and conditioning equipment ( Sleds, TRX setup, Kettlebells, Farms Handles, Maces, Olympic bars and bumper plates with a squat cage and rack ) Small boxing set up ( Speed and heavy bag ) Friendly staff Vending machine inside for BANGs, etc. Awesome vibe from the members Uber clean bathrooms A multitude of classes, if you're into that sort of things 24 hour access Right next to a juice shop A chalk bin! A nice variety of cardio equipment

The Con's ( my own personal opinion ) Could def use more squat racks

Was it good for a weekend? For sure. Is it a spot I'd consider making my gym if I lived here? Totally. Is this gym good for any and every body? I'd def say so. They make a significant effort to involve the members in everything they do and they even have some sort of contest to promote a little friendly and healthy competition within the community. It's a nice personal touch that is often absent in more "corporate"...

So this is coming from a former employee so you can take it with a grain of salt. I worked at this place for a year, and let me tell you, during that time, it was so hard to get anything done or fixed. I only ever met the owner twice, which was a quick hi and bye. Anyone who had billing issues or wanted to take things further up the ladder couldn't because he's never there. Also, during my time, they had Numerous people come to check out the business to make an offer in buying it and when I was approached and asked is the business being sold I was told tell members i don't know. That always made me look bad. Also, I was the only employee there Members will tell you as well that I was the only one there who ever did anything. Their ac still leaks and machines are on their last leg but nothing is ever going to be done about it because the owner wants to wash his hands free of it and only wants to focus on his cigar business and martial arts studio. After a while I started to check out. I kept asking myself why am I putting so much effort into a place that's being run into the ground for. So good luck to existing members and anyone else signing up because it's a failing business and I have no idea what's going to happen with this place...
