Furniture Factory Direct — Attraction in San Carlos Park

We’ve been looking for a corner sofa for our family room seriously. We’ve actually been looking for everything for our new place since we moved this area very recently so we were looking around the store. Furnitures were unique and we liked them, but their customer service was terrible.

When my little son tried to fold down the headrest on the sofa, the stuff rudely told him not to put any weight on it backwards. What does it mean that even though it is a headrest, it should not carry any weight, not even to the extent of a small child's strength? It seems that they only have furniture that is made of such delicate glasswork that it would break with the force of a 5 year old trying to fold the headrest down nicely with his normal power of his hands on the part where we leans our head against. The staff did not seem to like us with children there and followed us around without smiling, as if to get rid of us.

They have a pretty good selection of epoxy River tables, however the epoxy that their supplier is using is pretty poor quality as the clear epoxy should look like glass and that is not the effect that any of these tables had. I happen to be in this business of making these products and would hope that Furniture Factory would insist that their supplier use a higher quality epoxy product. My husband and I picked out a coffee table and when we spoke to the salesman he said he could take 10% off a $1,000 coffee table. When we went to buy it, he called the owner to confirm the 10% off and the owner, Blaze, increased the price $1000 and did not honor the 10%. Very bad business! Employee apologized and said he can’t over-ride the owner. We were prepared to buy multiple things there as we are furnishing a new home. We will not go back!...
