There were 4 of us dining for an early habachi dinner. It was thoroughly enjoyable. We were greeted immediately upon entering and seated with 3 others which filled out half a table nicely. There was a good crowd there when we arrived, and it was almost full by the time we left, around 8:30 pm on a Saturday night (off-season, on the hibachi side of the restaurant). Since the restaurant is split off into hibachi & regular Japanese/sushi dining, I can only speak of the hibachi part. They always have a $5 drink special it seems with several drinks available- we tried the Peach-tini- very good, a little sweet. Each meal includes broth, salad and 2 shrimp on any dish you order. For dinner we all had combinations of meat & seafood; 2 with noodles and 2 with fried rice: 2 had filet & scallops, 1 filet & calamari, 1 NY strip & scallops. Our food was delicious and plentiful. Our Hibachi Chef was all that was expected of someone with that title .. polite, talented, entertaining and knew his food. đź’— He joked, put on a show, and served everyone's order to perfection. A side note- expect that your bill will come with an 18% gratuity already added, which we were already aware of.

I came in randomly while leaving my Tesla to charge. I was feigning for some good sushi and this place didn't disappoint. I was eating solo and chose to eat at the sushi bar. The wait staff was attentive, and one of the chefs gave me a free crabmeat and avocado ball of sorts which was cool. I ended up ordering the sushi deluxe which by the looks of the menu looked like alot of food, but maybe they might be small pieces. But no, they came full fledged on. My meal came with a miso soup and salad as well which were good. When the sushi deluxe came out I couldn't believe all of this was really meant for a single person. It's wild. 24 nigiri and 2 sushi rolls! Needless to say I ended up packing some food togo. I'll definitely be back in the future.

Went here with my best friends because we love trying out new places our waiter never brought us napkins, did not bring us utensils so for a while we had to eat our sushi with our hands because she was no where to be found, never checked up on us unless we called for her, my friend ordered a drink and when it had arrived it had TWO ants inside the drink. By the time the drink had even arrived she had already finished the food. We were still charged for everything except the drink. We expressed our concerns with the manager and she just seemed to avoid us for the rest of the night and showed no compassion. I typically don’t leave bad reviews but this experience was a 0/10 i do not recommend coming here.

I wish negative stars were a thing. I’ve tried this place twice and the 2nd time was by far worse than the 1st. I ordered hibachi chicken the first time and I immediately became very ill after eating. My friends really wanted sushi and this was the closest place, so I thought ok, no chicken so why not. First of all, the service was terrible. We had two different waiters that didn’t communicate with one another, nor did they check on us. Second, I don’t remember the roll I ordered, but it ended up being just a cream cheese roll, it was disgusting- warm, and just a huge block of cream cheese. I genuinely HATE being the person to complain or send food back, but I had to. I got another roll and it was fine. This leads to the third issue.. looking at my receipt, I was charged for the roll I sent back.. looking even closer they added a gratuity on top of it (there was 3 of us). For anyone wondering, yes the menu does say something about subject to adding gratuity.... felt a bit targeted by this especially being that we were 3 females and weren’t even waited on (they added a tip knowing we had poor service). As we asked to speak to the manager they supposedly weren’t there, on a Saturday evening around 7:00? Interesting. I went to get my card from the front after the waiter tried to “fix it” and the “not manager” was talking in a total negative way about me to the waiter and hostess. When I questioned why I was charged for what I did eat she rudely told me there was nothing wrong with it and I clearly didn’t have an issue because I ate (TWO PIECES) it. She proceeded to be NASTY to me, in a way I’ve never been spoken to in this setting. I am disgusted with the way my friends and I were treated and the way they speak to costumers. BE AWARE!!!! Absolutely do...

Average overall, but very disappointed with how they handled our disagreement.

Food was average, nothing negative to say about it. The cooks seemed to have a good time and treated us very well. We went in for my wife's birthday, 4 adults, 3 kids ages 5, 4, and 3.

We ordered 3 meals from the hibachi, 2 from the kitchen, two rolls, and a side of sashimi. One of the kitchen meals was a kids dinner. Our children don't eat much so we typically split up a kids diner and some of our own. As stated earlier, nothing to complain about the food. The complaint is that they charged us 3 fees of $8 each for sharing food. Did not let us know prior and were unwilling to remove them. The manager did relent to releasing one. Just soured what was otherwise an enjoyable evening. Adding $24 to a $150 - $160 tab on a Monday (very slow) night seems unnecessary. As my sister in law noted, if charging a shared plate fee there would typically be a side salad or soup provided with the meal as it is typically accompanied with the dinner here, did not happen.

Whatever your additional charges are (including the mandatory 18% gratuity in this case), just let people know beforehand. Don't blame the customer because my wife asked for a regular table coming in the door and then requested the...
