We decieded to eat here while shopping at the outlet. It was in the afternoon there were not many people there and we were seat promptly. Our waitress was friendly and let us know of some of the favorites on the menu. We ordered our drinks which came promptly. We then ordered the Mac&Cheese Shrimp dish and the Texas Burger on pretzel bread. The mac and cheese dish was good although the shrimps were hard and very dry, parts of the dish on the rim were burned, not enough cheese I think. The burger which we were advised was Wagyu beef was good but the beef was overly dry almost like it was over cooked. One of the buns was kind of toasted too much burned in one area while the other was really not toasted at all. The condiments were overly done so that you were not able to grab the burger, thus you had to eat it with utensils. Overall we were not impressed with the food and what we were charged. Great place, good service, hope maybe this was an off day, but not really sure we will give it another try.

Naples Flatbread Italian Kitchen & Bar is second to none when it comes to Great Hospitality and Food & Drink! They have both in Spades đŸ„‚đŸ˜ƒ From the moment you walk through the front door, you’re welcomed by the vibrant atmosphere, and friendly staff. The food is beyond amazing, no exaggeration just facts 🙌 They have many great options to choose from. It’s not possible to make a wrong choice, all of their food is amazing. So far I have had the Carnivore Pizza, and the Parmigiana Meatball Sub. Both were very tasty. The pizza was perfect for what I wanted. The crust, sauce, meat toppings, it was amazing! It also was easily foldable so I could devour it more efficiently 🙂 That’s my favorite way to eat pizza 🍕 The Parmigiana Sub and Caesar Salad đŸ„— were also incredible and reminded me of what I imagine eating in an Old World Italian Kitchen in Tuscany or Florence would be like. Very Simply, go visit as soon as possible! I promise you will have a blast, and enjoy some incredible food! Cheers đŸ„‚

We go to NFB about every couple weeks. Food is good, we try new items often. The flat bread was good. Cuban was ok, not alot of flavor. Turkey panini club, we have had a lot. A few times it was amazing. Once it came made with chicken, Once forgot bacon. Yesterday, tots no longer on the menu which they are always luke warm. Fries were smashed into a pile, burnt edges, luke warm, when you separate them, they are still raw in the center, i think they are cooked in a pile. Paining was only barely cooked on one side other side, cold bread. Starting to think it's no longer going to be a good spot for us. It's really hit or miss. Servers are nice when they show up, but it's really busy so it's not their fault. Photo of last night. Luke warm fries, burnt ends raw inside and uncooked side of club. It was still good. Fries were a no go.

Went out for a girls day brunch, arrived to this restaurant at 11:45. Ordered bottomless mimosas for all four of us. Per the menu it stated brunch menu til 1. It was around 12:55-1:00 and we were wanting to request our last mimosa as we were ready to leave. We did not see our server again until 1:16 and were told that we could no longer order a mimosa as it was past time. I requested to order one more for the table as it had only been 15 min and we were not informed that once 1:00 hit we would NO longer be able to order one. We were told by our server he could no longer access it in the system to order us another one. At this time we requested to speak to a manager. Gabby the manager came up to the table without greeting us, introducing herself by name or anything. The only reason we knew her name was because of our server after asking him. Gabby said "it's in big bold letters you should've looked at the bottom of the menu" i stated to the server that we only wanted one more and we couldn't find our server. She insisted she charge us $6 more for one more and that we had "plenty of time for bottomless in one hour". The server could have let us know by 12:30-12:50 if we wanted to order one more. For managers to treat customers which such ignorance and to then walk away from a table after we informed her that we were not told of this information she walked away. Customer service should be a managers priority if you are going to take that position, and to treat customers with the disrespect that Gabby did was disgusting. I will not be going back to this location. The girls and I enjoyably loved spending time together with our 3 mimosas. The correct responses would've been an apology or "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" but rudely walking away from a table was unprofessional. Customers should be treated equally respectfully or informed of the policies in...

Hey there! Let me tell you about this awesome place I recently discovered - Flatbread Kitchen & Bar. It's located near to the Miromar outlet and has such a cool and cozy vibe. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you step in. Now, let's talk about the food - oh my god, it's so good! They specialize in these gourmet flatbreads that are cooked in a wood-fired oven and topped with fresh and local ingredients. My personal favorite is the mushroom and truffle oil flatbread - it's seriously out of this world. But if you're not a fan of flatbreads, no worries - they also have salads, small plates, and entrees that are equally delicious. And the drinks? Let's just say they know how to mix a mean cocktail. One thing that I really appreciate about this place is their commitment to sustainability. They use local and organic ingredients whenever possible, recycle and compost their waste, and even donate a portion of their profits to local charities. How awesome is that? The service is top-notch too. The staff is super knowledgeable and always willing to help you choose the perfect dish or drink. Just keep in mind that it can get pretty busy, especially on weekends, so it's a good idea to make a reservation beforehand. Now, let's talk prices. They're actually pretty reasonable considering the quality of the food and service. Plus, they offer a great value for your money with plenty of options to fit any budget. Overall, I would highly recommend Flatbread Kitchen & Bar to anyone looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience. It's perfect for a casual dinner with friends, a romantic date night, or even a special occasion. So, what are you waiting for? Go check it out for yourself - you...

Pros: Super fun restaurant idea. Love the tap wall and the menu is fantastic. Love the vibe—very trendy aesthetic. Our server was so sweet, food came out promptly, and everything was delicious!

Cons: terrible management. It was our first time here and I was having a hard time with the taps. I asked the manager for help and he originally didn’t even come over but when he did, he mansplained something completely unrelated to the problem I was having.

Then, he told us that the tap wall and kitchen close 15 minutes before posted closing. I know it’s “normal” for a kitchen to close earlier but the drinks too? We got there about 45 minutes before the posted close time but actually only had 30 minutes to order/get drinks and taps were already starting to shut down when we got there and there were still many people in the restaurant.

The worst part was that he pressured our server to rush us out many times starting BEFORE the posted close time. At 9:15, as we were finishing our drinks, he came out and said “you guys have 10 more minutes.” I have worked in the restaurant business for 5+ years and I could not imagine rushing customers like this after we were cashed out and prebussed so closely after closing time. We were on the patio so we weren’t in the way or holding anyone up.

I feel like they were trying to be efficient in closing but it came across that that was more important than the actual customers in the restaurant. Terrible customer service and won’t come here again because of it. If you can’t value your customers, I don’t even want to know the other areas they’re lacking and that’s not the kind of place I...
