Absolute worst experience at a concert ever at this venue. I bought very expensive tickets for a Fundraiser Concert with Matchbox 20, my favorite Band, Today 10/7/2023. I was so excited, had never been to this venue, and it looked like it was going to be a great! We are invested too Seats: $300 for 2, $25 for parking and your vehicle has to fit in a spot that is measured practically down to the inch, lol $40 two hot dogs, 2 Pepsi, and a fries, but hey it's a concert so this is what it costs. We sit down in our seats but since we haven't been to the stadium before we want to walk around and see it. Nope not allowing. We were on a deck area/walkway on the 4th floor looking at the beautiful view doing absolutely nothing and here comes an older gal in a blue shirt and this is what she says to me exact quote, " can I help you what are you doing up here" I say, just looking at the beautiful view. She had the most nasty look on her face, grunts, and again I quote with very nasty tone, " you need to go to wherever your seat is and stay there now". Umm 😳 so I can't leave my seat, go to the bathroom, walk around because I can't sit for a long time, go to vendors for snacks etc. Last time I checked I am an adult, paid to be here and I should not have anyone telling me I have to go sit in my seat like I am a child. I'm starting to feel like I am at an elementary school dance. Then on my way back to my seat I see a man, again in a blue shirt, and he is just being horrible to this guy who was outside standing in a corner having a cigarette. Again I quote, " You need to put that out or the cops will throw you out of here and you will never be welcome again in this venue" whoa 😳 The man says, could I go outside the Gates. Man I'm the blue shirt, " No you can't even smoke in your own car in the parking lot, you would have to go five miles that way to smoke or the cops will throw you out and be all over you"! Okay so now I am just at this point really blown away how these people in the blue shirts have treated myself and others who are here to support a good cause and have spent their hard earned money to come support that cause. But wait, there's more, we are in our seats and matchbox 20 is about to go on but because of having a disability that requires several medications ( that I couldn't bring in BTW because the bag wasn't 9x10. Not a big bag by any means but I am on 12 medications that I must have with me. No big deal right? Wrong, as I head to the gate to go to my car, I am stopped yet again but not a blue shirt person this time but red shirt and again I quote, " are you leaving right now out of the gate" Me: yes I am because I have to go get my medication in my car that I couldn't bring in Bec my medication doesn't fit in a 9x5 clutch. He says, " if you leave you will not be allowed back in period". Whaaattt? Then he comes back and says, " you can go real quick by yourself if you are really fast but your Husband has to stay here". I told him no way I don't want to get separated and our car is in the very back of the lot so I don't feel safe walking all that way by myself. He told me " that's the way it is like it or not or you can chose to go and you won't be allowed back in " . At this point our entire experience is ruined, I really need my medication because I am now in pain, blood pressure is sky high, I'm starting to get dizzy and we know we have no choice but to leave, get my medication, and go home. Really, after all of that not much in the mood for a concert anyway. I would not recommend this venue. Please all bands don't play here because the way they run this place is more like a prison or a kindergarten. As I write this matchbox 20 is playing but I'm not there because I am disabled, I need to walk around due to physical conditions, I need medication, and I am not going to spend a weeks salary to be treated as poorly as this nor watch others be treated like that. My strong recommendation is avoid this place no...

As we were pulling into the parking lot there was a 10-dollar charge for parking. You must remember they do not take cash only credit cards throughout the entire stadium and for parking. We told the lot attendant we have a handicap person and they directed us to a special lot which was macadam covered so wheelchairs could roll better. We had to go to the last gate on the left of the front entrance to get to the elevator which was very easy. They had a strict rule on the size of your bag you can take in with you. Our bag was a little bigger, but we had medical items in it, and they had no issues with it once they checked it over. We had to go through a metal detector but that was easy. Everyone was so helpful, and the elevator was easy to operate. Once in the stadium it was very clean and laid out so it was easy to figure out where you should sit. All food and drinks were on the 2nd floor area as was the entrances to all lower levels. Lots of rest rooms were available and they were clean and neat. We loved the food here and its not that much overpriced for example 4 large Chicken Fingers and Fries were 9.50. They do sell Beer, Soda, and Water to quench your thirst I’m not sure about the cost of that. I cannot stress enough how everyone of the people that were working this event was very friendly and helpful. They even announced my dad’s 93rd Birthday between one of the innings. The Firework that followed the game were amazing and lit up the entire sky. I would tell anyone that this is one of the best things to do with your family I can thing of they are so family friendly, and all the kids looked like they were having such a great time. I for one can’t wait to go back with my family. I will add one thing the ball field was immaculate and very well kept. The night lights lit up the entire field and stadium. The score board was well lit and huge so you could read it from the stands. I will give this stadium 5 out of 5 stars for the food the game and the family fun. You need to put a game on your must-see list. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Follow Me On Fb For More...
Read moreWent to a practice game in March, I'm not a huge baseball fan, this was probably the first game I've been to in 10+ years but it was still fun. Decent seats were $40/ each. Parking was $15/ car. Got there 30 mins before first pitch and had to walk about 1/4 mile to entrance. Tickets were on our phone, very easy process, took less than 3 minutes to go thru metal detector & scan tickets. I was surprised how many people were here at 1pm on Thursday. Stadium was very nice and clean with friendly staff. Bathrooms were surprisingly clean, had real ceramic urinals and working sinks with soap. Hotdogs & hamburgers were $8.25, popcorn $5.75 (pretty large bag) beers I believe were $10 for a 24oz can. Bottled water $5. There was also a full bar serving cocktails but I didn't see prices. Also had place with Greek salad & gyros, a pizza place, a Philly cheesesteak place and a few more options.
Biggest complaint was the seats were cramped. I'm 6' 0" and about 210lbs And I was touching shoulders with the people on either side of me who were both smaller than me. Anyone much bigger than me would be very uncomfortable.
Overall a fun way to spend...
