We have been coming to this restaurant as the food is usually done within a reasonable time and is pretty good for the price they charge at lunch hour. There is one extra special server who is always lacking customer service. At our most recent visit this special server was extremely rude as our order came out wrong and instead of correcting the mistake he seemed more bothered that how dare someone complain about our order being under cooked. Needless to say we come here for the food but the staff is lacking, if we decide to return lets pray there is a different server available as this has happened more then once. His attitude and lack of respect for customers is the problem not necessarily the food itself. It happens and orders aren't made correctly nobody's perfect but he second guessed us because we simply told him everything was fine our first bite into our meal ( simply because we were being polite and didn't even have time to eat yet ) so he thought it was funny when we told him the meat was raw and under cooked. Hire better staff and definitely get...

I couldn't decide between the lunch sushi (pick 2 rolls or 3) and a hibachi plate (steak, but I'm sure they would all be good) and since they were both so reasonably priced, I got both. I am so glad I did. I was astounded how good the sushi was, in particular the spicy salmon. I also got a tuna avocado roll. They packed a lot of tuna in there, very big pieces (not too large to be cumbersome, just saying they weren't chintzy, definitely above average amount of tuna). The hibachi steak was so delicious. The meat was tender and flavorful, and also precut to nice bite sizes pieces leaving room for some veggies and/or rice in a forkful if you wanted. I really appreciate places that do that. The veggies were crisp and also flavorful. Very generous portions. If I wasn't sharing my sushi, I couldn't have ate it all and gone back to work (and I have a pretty large appetite). This meal hit the trifecta: reasonable cost, delicious, and abundant. Thank you Hinachi House!

...service was...

My wife and I visited The Hibachi House for the first time. I remember seeing the sign stating "coming soon". Finally, after racking our brains on the proverbial "what's for dinner tonight", we decided on Hibachi. Since they are relatively close to our house, we decided to give it a try. When we walked up to the door, there was a sign stating that due to being short staffed, you may have to wait a little longer. Undeterred, we went in. We were seated quickly and didn't have to wait at all. The young server was very attentive and our drinks arrived quickly. (Sorry, no alcohol). My wife ordered the Hibachi Filet, medium well and I got the Volcano with avocado and both had the clear soup. The food was great. Portions were large and the fare was respectable. Albeit, they were not packed, the service was fast and accommodating. I did notice they do have quite a large "take-out" business and may do that another time. Overall, they are definitely worth a try. We will...

EDIT: 8/29/25 I will no longer return to this restaurant even though I think it’s a good one. The staff has always been friendly but last night too friendly. This place was packed and they allowed a man & a lady come into restaurant and eat at a table with a dog in their hands all while passing it back and forth while they ate. They must do it often as the restaurant staff was talking to them like they all friends. The restaurant was packed and multiple tables were looking at them with disgust. I don’t care who you are but if it is not a service dog it does not belong in a restaurant establishment especially not at a table. This place is amazingly delicious! We’ve done take out. We’ve done eat in and they were also the only ones open during the hurricane. The staff is friendly. The food is greatly priced and so good. Definitely would recommend trying this little place! They will not disappoint!

Always really liked (past tense)this place but I am truly disappointed. Was eating my sushi and was drinking water. Little did I know the water had a bonus. A nice roach. I brought it to the attention of the server and the manager came by and apologized. He came back to the table with a gift card for the trouble. Come to find out, Roaches aren’t that big of a deal to Hibachi House. They didn’t offer to comp the meal, they only gave us a $10 gift card to return which we never will. Not interested in having a Roach roll next time.
