My office made a seven person online order. Flavor wise it was good but everything else, we were not impressed at all. Every single person but one complained about their order and that one person that loved it, only got chicken nachos. Every order was missing there salsa that was suppose to come with each order. We even asked numerous times if it was in the To-Go containers and we were told, "Yes". The mass majority of order's were quesadilla's. All of these order's came as a deconstructed quesadilla because 3 Pepper's can not cook certain toppings together on their press plate. So, instead you end up with a meal with all of your toppings in cups on the side, might as well order something else. The chips that came in the To-Go containers ended up being hard and stale due to the moisture of the hot food in the same container. We did get an extra bag of chips and they were fresh. They forgot all the extra order's of sides, even the ones we paid for, guacamole ($1.99). I will never order this to go again. Seems like dining in at this place is a must only. I would've preferred Moe's...
Read moreThe food tastes great, but the prices do not match the portions. I don't know if the servers are under pressure by the management or the company has set that standard, but they are extremely and I mean extremely! shy when adding ingredients to whatever you order, for ex. I've ordered 2 orders of tacos and as I tell the server what I want in them, I could literally count them adding from 8-10 beans per taco, and when she got the chunk of carnitas (pulled pork) in her hands, I got happy to see that maybe they were being shy with the beans to save space for the meat. I was wrong, she split a single portion of meat between all four tacos. I don't know how much money in ingredients can the company save versus costumers not leaving happy and avoiding the restaurant in the future, but is a shame that over $24 dollars worth of tacos doesn't get you half the amount of food you get anywhere else. Yesterday was my third time at this restaurant, and I'm seriously considering not going back ever, cause all three times I've been there, it's been the same story, so I don't think it is...
Read moreHaving relocated from the Cape to Fort Myers, we were upset to be moving away from the 3 Peppers location off Santa Barbara and Veterans. We were very pleased to find this location conveniently nearby. Having now eaten at every local 3 Peppers restaurant, I am very happy to continue supporting this local small business. Each location provides completely consistent high quality food and has something for everyone. My vegetarian wife would tell you this is the best spot for a veggie only burrito. I personally recommend spicy chicken and carnitas, but we have never been let down by any item. Locals should be proud to support this business which benefits from attentive owners/managers who truly care about the quality of their customer's experience. Protip: join the rewards club. It is one of the only rewards programs that feels like it has paid off for...
