We generally come to this place. My first experience was very good. And today's was disaster. As soon as I enter the room. Room looked so unpleasant. There was a ripped blanket I will put the picture below.i asked them to change and they did by making faces. Later tge lady comes who cannot understand what i say.. Her massage was good but I did not like her customer service. I told her to focus on feet coz I had tough weekend she was focusing in back. When I told her I need feet she don't understand. So I increased my time by 10 more mins she did for 7 mins that too she saw clock for 10 time in that 6 to 7 mins. I had to call front desk girl to make her understand each and everything. We go for massage for relaxation not to waste time and explaing and wasting time in explaining. Even though I gave her 10 dollars ( I thought to walk out but I was generous and gave to the front dest girl) She made faces in front of us. It was a big insult for us, tip means giving something out of happiness, there is no rule that you have to do...When she was doing massage she was just staring on clock. That's not proper. You guys have to put alarm clock beside you guys. So that you don't stare on clock and they waste lot of time going to get stuff they have to keep it handy. There are plenty of warmer machines in market they going in and out and they stare at watch. And end the massage at given time.thats totally ok but looking at tge clock frequently made me so upset. I understand they need to end by 60 mins. Get alarm or put alarm on low volume on your.mobile phones. When I told the front desk girl. She was sorry but her sorry was nit convincing. So we are nit going to this...
Read moreIf you want to revive your body at a reasonable price and don't mind going to a run down establishment with tacky decor then this is the place for you. I'm not from the area but was in town and my run down body needed some serious attention. We called to see if we can walk in for a couple's full body massage and were told to come on over. They were kind enough to even offer us a discount which we truly appreciate! Lily and Anna worked on us and they both did an excellent job identifying and targeting our trouble areas on their own. I was very afraid of going to an unfamiliar massage place because I've had many masseuse hurt me jabbing into my bones with their elbows leaving me swollen and in more pain for days, but my masseuse here was very intuitive about my anatomy and used proper strokes and techniques to work at my achey and tense muscles. We were also given a special treat of hot stones. This establishment and the masseuses went above and beyond and I can't recommend giving them a try enough. Thank you so much for your kind service and working so hard to make two tired old bodies feel...
Read moreFirst, a comment for those who are complaining about tipping. You DO NOT tip 20% at a Chinese massage place. These people are paid minimum wage (if that). Sometimes the ONLY money they make is their tips (illegally but it is what it is). They aren't food servers you see when they take your order and drop your food. They are with you doing demanding physical labor the whole time you're there. 20% is spectacularly, ridiculously low and insulting. The correct tip, unless something went horribly wrong, is 100% of the massage fee. Since it's usually only $30-40, even with a 100% tip, you're still spending WAY less than you would at any regular massage place. If you got yelled at, you likely earned it. That said, this place is fine for a handy neighborhood spot. I think they need to be sure to give you the full time you pay for. They do seem to cut off 5-10 minutes before time should be up. Otherwise is friendly and clean enough. Oh! They need to change the music! Even after one hour the lone song they play on a loop was driving me nuts. I can't even imagine how the people who work there...
