The dog club that meets on Monday in the late-afternoons are not responsible in the slightest. On October 9th, 2023, between 1730-1840 HRS PST, one of the chocolate labs belonging to the tall, white, male wearing a white shirt with unique haircut bit my girlfriend's arm. This man had two chocolate labs and one white chihuahua, from what I saw. I understand that this is an off leash area, but when two people are walking through the off leash area and one is bitten unprovoked, it shows the lack of awareness that the owner has. Walking through an off-leash dog park DOES NOT give other people’s dogs consent to bite you. ESPECIALLY if the dogs run up to people who are walking on the other side of the off leash section.
