Costco Food Court — Restaurant in San Diego

Always loved the food and the prices here, but it's been a while since I've gotten food from Costco. I didn't realize the change in needing a membership card and there is no sign stating so at this location. My wife had the card while walking the cart to the car and I was walking up to buy food with cash. There was no line, but the girl behind the counter(I wish I had caught her name) was incredibly rude. After a short exchange of me trying to order, she asked for a card, which I didn't have on me, and responded by stating, "That's our policy since, like, a year ago." I would have been totally fine being refused for that reason, I understand changes in policy, but the delivery was in a way that made me feel stupid for having not been to Costco in over a year. In a customer service position, there is no reason to ever talk to someone like that. I have zero desire in ever returning if that's the kind of customer service this...

Twice now I’ve called for a pizza to be ready at 6 and 5 pm respectively. For the first time apparently they didn’t tell me they close at 6pm so I went early and they gave me essentially uncut, but cooked pizza. The second time I went in at 4:50 for my 5:00 pizza that I called in at 2:00 and they gave me two uncut pizzas of the wrong kind. As displayed in the picture, it’s a real nice “cheese” pizza. Apparently when you ask for a pizza to be ready by 5:00pm they actually mean 5:34pm and make you wait...

I like this food! I was surprised because it is ultimately a food court. But I loved the combo pizza, liked the chicken bake and loved the hot dog. Previous reviews have talked about the Polish hot dog, but I haven't tasted it so I can't compare. The pizza was GOOD!! A big slice is pretty heavy.
