Bonelli Park East Shore Fishing Area — Attraction in San Dimas

Always a beautiful place to visit! My wife and I took gender reveal photos and they came out great! There’s a ton of great photo spots! We love coming to Bonelli and enjoying the view and just walking around the lake. It’s nice to just sit and take in the scenery.

As far as picnicking and spending the afternoon with family in a beautiful setting it's great. For fishing not so great unless you have a boat and you can be out there in the middle of the lake. There's too much seagrass that gets caught up in your fishing line and hooks. I have yet to even get a bite at this fishing place. But I was practicing casting so it really wasn't that important to catch a fish...

My family & I went paddle boarding here. Upon entrance they take a picture of your licence plate, ask what city you live in & has to see the life jackets then gives you a copy of the rules. OK, I'm thinking then everyone should have life jackets on...NOPE.
