Are you familiar with this park? But, have you been to this park? If not you are missing out! Its beautiful and well maintained. It's dog friendly. It is the scenic backdrop to the Puddingstone Reservoir (250 acre lake). Only a few miles from the Glendora Market Place, Costco, Lowes etc. Located off San Dimas Blvd, just south of the railroad tracks (behind the plaza in Old Town San Dimas with Dollar Tree and Star Bucks etc.) at Via Verde. It offers numerous covered and uncovered areas for gatherings or personal relaxation. It has several play grounds and piers. It also has a unique offering; what I heard a friend coin, a little Ninja Warrior park (an athletic obstacle course, think the T.V. series). Its a great spot to take your children to (knee pad, shin guards and helmet ready) to have a full out little human, super athlete experience. There is ample parking. On the weekends you can rent boats, go to the swim park etc. You can enjoy the sight of nature in action (Egrids, etc.). You can fish. There are plenty of trash receptacles, water fountains, outdoor grills etc.. It is a beautiful, peaceful park to just get out, grab some fresh air, and walk the trails. It can be very busy on holidays, and weekends etc There is a free parking lot right outside of the park, you can just walk the short distance for free entrance. Otherwise, there is a charge for entry and parking at the guards booth. You can purchase an annual pass for admission and parking for a nominal fee which includes benefits at other state parks. I highly recommend it. It is a...

But since life has been closed, I've just discovered the awesome walk around the lake. It's about four miles. There's a few slight inclines but nothing too rigorous. But if your looking for rigorous, there's plenty of hills with trails that fork off the main trail. I saw a few I wanted to attempt. They look like they have breath taking views. I'll update when I make...

On my first and last visit to the park, I saw multiple ducks caught in fishing line apparently stranded for long periods of time with long term injuries from the neglect to keep the water clean. I would be interested to know where the money...
