The quad is always clean and well manicured, which makes it a good destination to play in the grass or learn to ride a bike, etc.

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is it could be lit better around dusk and the hour or so following sunset. I don't know if it was because of the time change, but it seemed to be much darker than I remember, especially directly in front of the associated...
