They love the space because it’s got a deep sandbox and other favorite playground greats like the big spinning Christmas tree thing or the big saucer swing. It’s tucked away in a cute little neighborhood, and it’s quiet despite traffic being all around.

This park is not maintained very well. The field is weeds and infested with gophers. The baseball diamond is a mess. Playing surfaces have dangerous cracks that are tripping hazards. The park was once one of the best in The City. Park and Rec have washed their hands of this one... so sad to be a resident of this neighborhood. No

Nice location with bathrooms and picnic tables. Plenty for kids to climb on, and also swings and a sand pit. Very convenient parking and makes a good stop after the farmer's market at Stonestown Mall or the library. It's enclosed by a fence to keep kids in sight at all times.
