A neighborhood recreation center that you can rent. Street parking isn't too difficult. Tables and chairs are provided. Bathrooms are shared with the playground. Can easy fit 100 persons. Attached is a picture of how the host decorated for a birthday party. It can also be use for an exercise/yoga/dance class.

We love coming to this playground, although this past months it has needed some maintenance. Tuesdays they have indoor playing and they put out toys and mats for the littlest ones. It can get windy here and chilly and on sunny days it will be really hot.

(North) Sunset Rec is the smallest of the three "Sunset" rec centers. It has some exercise equipment and decent benches.

We have been taking the kids here for years. We knew it when it was an old park. It's still retains that great neighborhood feel and all the new structures are a lot of fun. It's fun to bring Out of Towners here to show them how great San Francisco takes care of their kids. Baseball field is great and you can always play catch in the Outfield. I wish people did not bring their dogs onto the playing field but what can you do. Overall this is a great Park and one that we love coming to as a family. I have even come here late at night with the dog and just walked around - never on the playing field - and it feels very safe. This is also Great Park to bring a bunch of kids for an impromptu soccer game. You can play with kids from all ages hear from the very young two teenagers and it's always fun. The inside of the rec center is great for basketball and they sometimes have a ping pong tournament which is fun to watch and and play. Everyone inside is super friendly and always inclusive no matter how old the kids are or where...

We went for a playdate and stayed for an entire day. With the combination of mobile rec, playground, basketball courts, and picnic tables where we ate dim sum from nearby we had more than enough activities and fun to entertain several elementary school aged children. The cherry on the top is the friendliness and helpfulness of staff in addition to indoor and outdoor restrooms making it super easy to hang out there without complaints from the children, except when it came time to leave (no one under 18 was ready to go home even after 5 hours of...

The community doesn't support volleyball players. The one slot a week for open gym volleyball was replaced with Jr. Warriors where parents paid over $100 per kid to play here. Don't come here from Wednesday 7pm - 9pm. The court is reserved for the basketball kids and parents. Instead of moving volleyball to a different day, they decided to just remove it completely. Disappointed. Didn't realize there needed to be open gym basketball here everyday. 5 star for basketball players, 1 star for volleyball players. Go...
