At 5:56pm on April 7, at check out register 7, there was a lady who was in her 20-30s with a low ponytail. She had customers wait in line while she was talking to her co-worker casually. Her line was noticeably longer than others because she was not paying full attention to her duty already. Many customers switched to other lines. I didn't want to move my groceries so I chose to wait. After she checked out some one before me, it's my turn. Out of blue, she stepped out of her checkout machine and was troubleshooting her co-worker's cell phone problem, completely ignoring I was the next. I had to wait for her until I can't wait any longer. I said hello. She did not turn around.
