I'll change my review from 1 star to 5 star not because they made it right but if they care that much about to message me on discord about it, then it must matter to them alot.

My bad experience was from their tiktok account, never recieved an item. Tik tok refunded me after I put the request in but now the price of the item went up too much for me to want to buy again.

When tik tok shops expand as Aki has the costumer service drops as well, it's normal as they have more orders and responsibilities to take care of. So when you say I don't know and that I should educate myself, just know that customers only know what our experiences are and unfortunately mine was bad. But here's your 5 star review, again I hope you...

Didn't have much of a selection for Pokémon cards. The 2 employees spent quite some time talking to each other. When I asked whether they had more singles, all the lady did was point and say "singles" at the display case I had already looked at for about 5-10 minutes. If you're looking to spend money then they might have something for you. If you're more into the cheaper end singles like Art rares and such you won't...
