Rude! Broke ass vendor"s sky high price's...and make sure if you buy any Gold jewelery...that its actually GOLD! A few times out of the few times i've been in the store...some of the stall's will have jewelery/ Gold marked down on receipt 14k. But its really gold filled..or gold plate! Make sure it doesnt stick to a magnet! And if you can shop in peice without having someone stalking you as you browse around the store...they will ask you if you need help or ask u what in paticular are you looking for ...and then suggest somewhere else to find..or say that they dont have what your looking for! :( The woman are very very rude! Someone needs to watch a how to be kind to customers and how to not stereotype anyone based on there color or clothes a person is wearing! Wish u luck! No parking at all...the worst parking situation in San jose...they have parking in the rear of the store but no cameras or an entry way through the back...so you literally have to walk to front of store...and the weirdos and homeless people are walking around growling like some hungry ZOMBIES! I'm just calling it like i see it....no need to candy coat or make something look good when its not...they need to do something for the Antique stores because u can buy online if its cheaper & safer and you experience some better customer svc and better...
Read moreThis was the most racist store I’ve ever visited. And judging from other reviews, I’m clearly not the first to experience this kind of treatment here.
Around this time last year, I came to this shop alone. I found the antiques fascinating and genuinely enjoyed the visit, so I brought my family along this year. However, the moment we entered, the experience quickly turned sour. Staff at the entrance greeted every other customer with warmth, except us. We were completely ignored.
Still, we tried to enjoy our time there. My sister picked out a few items of clothing she liked. A lady offered to hold the items at the front desk so we could continue shopping hands-free, which we appreciated.

Walked in and was asked to put my bag in the front and as I walked around, realized I was pretty much the only one asked to do so as other people had their belongings with them. I carried a pair of heels with me and the cashier came up to me, same one who asked about the bag, and told me he could keep the heels up in the front for me... now these heels are sold online used for $22, and they already have previous stains, so I asked another cashier if I can get them discounted. The original price was $28 he told me he would give me 20% off. I paid with my card and left. My bank says I was charged $27 don't know what happened there. I don't think I'll be back due to my experiences. Word of advice, please mind how you come off to your customers just because I don't look or sound like you doesn't mean I'm all bad of a person. I understand you come from an older generation where such things didn't matter or were not frowned upon, but as business men, you must understand how you come across from those different from you if you would like them to shop at your business....
