I travel the country and visit many planet fitness to stay healthy thru my type of employment. Some are awesome some need work. This location and employees were awesome except for an employee named angel. My visit was tonight march 5th 2019 at 8:04 pst. Angel was very rude after telling me i had on the wrong attire while another pf employee heard angel confronting me and explained to angel that i had 100% acceptable attire on. This made angel visibly upset oddly. I then asked angel if there was tanning available he said yes and set me up for bed 1. I asked for a 7 minute delay as i like to clean the bed before and after i use them and i dont want the u.v. light in my eyes before i don my protection. So as i stand there naked with eye pro on waiting i notice that 10 minutes have passed and the bed had not activated. Then 15 minutes passed. Then i had to re dress and walk back out to the counter where angel stood with his obvious attitude and informed me that he now had customers that had showed up after me that were at the counter that he had to deal with before setting my bed... as if at this point i was bothering him. The other employee who was awesome picked up on the problem and asked if i was ok. I explained to him that i was waiting on the other customers before i got to tan. At this point i walked back into the tanning room at which another 10 minutes passed and my bed finally activated.. i had spent 35 extra minutes waiting because angel was clearly messing with me in retaliation for my attire?? Im a black card member and customer of pf. Not his punching bag. Very unimpressed with his performance and customer care. Too bad as i mentioned everyone else was nice and accomodating.    Read moreNo complaints as far as the gym itself goes. But I do have complaints when talking about the manager there. I've had so many problems when it comes to direct pay for my bill. I've had to change info on my account 2 times because of loosing bank card and company changing banks. Both times I notified the employee and we made the updates on the system. I pay for my membership and also my boyfriends membership. The billing dept, for whatever reason, screw it up and go to the old account, which is gone, and then say I haven't payed my bill and want the late fee also. The same happens on the boyfriends bill. Last week, the manager went off on my boyfriend about how his bill is always late and refuse him entry. Naturally, my boyfriend was very upset and in return, went off on her. She had no business talking to him about a bill she knows nothing about. I'm very upset that he can no longer go to pf, all because of the managers lack of professalism. She did not handle the situation like an adult or as someone with authority to take control and knows what the problem is with the bill. Bottom line, it's your billing dept with the problem. They can't seem to know what to do. I think the manager needs to apologize to my boyfriend and reinstate his membership and take a course on how to be a manager with emphasis on...
   Read moreBe Aware of their scam! I signed up months ago on line and t very next day I called and cancelled as I could not cancel it on line . But every month, they have managed to charge the fees even though I have blocked them on well Fargo banks. They use different company id number to get the charge through. I finally called them as I was charged again today, and asked for a manager. First she said she is on another call then she said " you need to come down to cancel it. Then I asked for her name and she thought about her own name before she told me Lola . I think k she just made it up. She said she would make an exception and cancel it today but she can't give me my last fees reimbursed . When you call the corporate. You get a recording saying every gym has a separate franchisee owner and that they will not issue any refunds . I have not even used this facility even once. I will be filing a better business Bureau complaint today but make sure I will contact all family members and friends and let them know to stay away from these...
