Great shop with great hours. Even open a little later on weekends. Sure do love this place and its prices. Great staff as well.

I docked 2 stars because this place is where i go for all my Hookah tobacco needs and its not what it used to be in that section.

They used to have a different setup where you would be able to pull shisha from the shelves and smell them to see which one you like as well as pick up any accessories like bowl gromets or hoses as well as charcoal.

The set up now is behind a long glass display and everytime you want to smell a can of shisha you have to ask them to get it for you. Its kind of annoying having to ask them to take down a can and having to point at it over and over until they are pointing at the same one youre looking at. I dont go there for shisha anymore. Kind of a bummer actually because i did enjoy the freedom that place gave you.

Think of it this way. Going into a room full of candy but its all behind a bar and you have to point at each and every single candy you want to try. Kind of annoying when you have little time and there is customers behind you

EDIT: I returned to this shop as usual and I still enjoy it. I wasn't aware that the law required keeping all products behind a counter. I didn't know this because like i said I usually just go for the hookah stuff. Anyways, staff is awesome and this...

Went in here looking for a nectar collector and the guy had a horrible attitude and regretted to inform me that the nectar collector that I bought ( that had a percolator ) did not use water. I’ve never seen a nectar collector that doesn’t use water and that should have been something that I was told before purchasing. He denied me wanting to return it because I had tried to put water in it (like you do with EVERY OTHER nectar collector) I didn’t want it to be a complete waste of 80$ so I asked if he could give me a discount on another one. And after spending $158 total at the shop tonight he only said he could do a 10% off of a $30 nectar collector. Replacing this item and keeping me as a customer would have made the ship way more money than loosing me as a customer. I went in to purchase some Kratom. I expected it to be more pricey due to it being capsuled. I didn't check it until I was ready to take it at the beach and noticed there were only THREE capsules and so I thought, "That's odd, they must be very potent then, especially since I paid nearly 20 dollars for it." However, I have never been so underwhelmed by the fact it didn't help my pain (I did get the strain that normally helps my back pain), or even give me regular smoke shop Kratom effects. I understand that smokeshops will give you less than an actual merchant. I was on vacation and didn't have access to a merchant and was needing some.
