Panage — Attraction in San Juan Capistrano

What a wonderful experience!

I have had excellent service from many florists, but what I found at Panage is above and beyond - and in a class all by itself! During a hectic week I had missed that it was my sister-in-law's birthday, and I had planned to send her flowers.

Now it was 1PM with many local shops closing in a few hours and the florists' websites were all advertising for next day delivery, which would be too late. I called Panage and spoke with Fred. He assured me that not only would they get the delivery out that day, but within the hour. He even knew the street where it was going.

From the time he picked up the phone he was so delighted for us and our special occasion that I felt like we were part of his family. He told me about all the flowers in the arrangement that I had chosen, saying he would give it special care and would even send me several pictures so I could see what we had sent.

He took down all the necessary details and repeated them back to confirm. I knew we were in good hands.

I went back to work and about an hour later I saw several excited texts from both my sister-in-law and my brother, thanking me for the beautiful bouquet (The Doheny). It was indeed stunning. Casual and elegant. A variety of lovely lght blue and white blooms in a tall glass vase. It was "beachy". Absolutely perfect for our two long time, Dana Point-loving residents. So much so, that my brother was just as excited as his wife, The Birthday Girl, saying that he would enjoy them, too!

There also in my texts were 4 pictures from Fred of the arrangement from each side. And, unlike my experiences with other florists where the arrangement turned out much smaller than what it looked like in the picture, it was actually about 1/3 larger and with more flowers than I had expected.

I sent these to a friend for her birthday and they exceeded all expectations. The picture doesn't do them justice. They were absolutely gorgeous. She was thrilled with them. They sent me a picture of them the day before they were delivered which was so thoughtful. It's so rare and refreshing to have a company that actually cares about customer service. If I could give them 10 stars I would. So...

I dropped in with a vase and asked for a flower arrangement using lavender! He suggested some different flowers and colors and made an amazing arrangement. ( many flowers are at the back so I did not see that there were so many variety of flowers in stock from the front!) I had a great service and brought back a beautiful arrangement for a special occasion...
