Aguilar's Meat Market San Juan — Attraction in San Juan

Yesterday on Christmas Eve knowing it was busy at Aguilars and everywhere to be exact, I went to purchase last-minute things for a barbecue for Christmas. It wasn’t a surprise that it was beyond packed. I can say I was impressed by the employees hustling left and right to cut and serve the customers . An employee who served me named Tristan,  had impressed me  because he was quick and polite with serving me  and held a quick but friendly conversation with me. I was already mad my husband made me go buy the meat so last minute , but this employee made everything so much easier and took away the unnecessary stress that there was. I usually buy my meat here but today's experience was just horrible. Where is management when they are needed? Who's running the store? About 10 guys working the market area in which only 2 are helping the customers and about 40 people waiting. I would think that getting people out as fast as possible would be the task to focus on rather than packing frozen beef tripe and whatever else they were doing. And when I walked to the front to mention adding more assistance to the meat area, the cashier just turned her head after noticing that I was trying...

Have been going to this Meat Market since it first started, and I really enjoy coming here just because of the good quality meats they carry and the great customer service they got you can see the freshness in front of your eyes plus it's very clean.
