So let's break this down it's a long review and there's many because theres a ton of unprofessionalism and rudeness that at times can bring out the worst in us but regardless me having worked for this company it was never THIS bad there were moments of improper management but never to the point of just treating people like dirt not caring whether people like you and then feeling it's ok to treat others rudely. So let's get to the point of #1 the GM wanting to intimidate me which he did not succeed in but telling me a few things to try to prevent me from writing reviews and spilling their bad info. He wanted to have a meeting with me and my league president and a few of the league officials to talk about something that had happened the week prior now I already knew that wasn't the underlying problem so I said I already took the blame for what had happened of my part in the week prior now if that would have been the real problem would it not have been the end of the conversation but he was mad at my reviews because I felt no one there knew how to treat people especially the league bowlers who are repeat customers so he continues to try and intimidate me and almost threaten me and ask me why I continue coming I told him for the league not for the establishment for the people that come. #2 we deal with hustlers people that don't even put out the specials because they don't want you to know that company wide there is a special going on so they can charge you the 50 instead of 15 dollars by the way 50 is for 1 hour 15 is for 2 #3 we deal with rudeness as repeat customers just to get a cheeseburger I have to go through hell to get my league discount which is what is promoted, we are all the same we bowl the league but not only that as I said they only gave out these plastic cards 4 weeks ago they can look us up multiple ways and instead no card no discount I go get one of the other bowlers league card no I go get him to pay for it no because it's for me do you realize how ridiculous this is for something that I'm entitled to because I'm in the league that's what you advertise Walgreens and CVS etc don't tell you no card no discount they look you up by phone number because I'm making money for the establishment. But instead she'd rather argue with me and I decide not to purchase the item #4 you leave people with a bitterness in their mouth that they don't want to invest any more than they have to yeah in your head you're making money on the open bowlers but this is why in previous reviews I've said you aren't a good manager not only because you are rude and don't know how to treat people but also because you think it's ok I got that money they don't have any expectations but again I say the objective is to make more money "without hustling people" so you know if I have to keep writing reviews to portray my disappointment or till someone from bowlero does something I understand were on an island but let's not own up to the stereotype of filling it...

Nothing's changed again. I come in and they tell me I can only practice four games. The funny thing this time I took photos look at the left side. It was absolutely no one on the left side. We get to the same point as I last said. I don't know if they're allergic to money but it sure as hell seems like that. And I know that sadly bowling is going towards money and not towards the sport anymore. But they're so silly that they don't realize that money had is better than money not had at all that's a simple business thought process so I wonder when it's going to click in they don't realize that. Thank God I have developed my game enough that I don't need as much practice as a lot of beginners. I average the highest in the league without going to practice because I don't want to give this place a penny but they don't realize that. The funny thing is is that if they were to lift that they would have my money in the bar and the snack bar and a lot of other places because I was one of the biggest investors of Boynton Beach at Florida because I have a passion for the game. But again, that's the problem instead of realizing that they would have had a secure $20 with me and I used to go in like three or four times a week and then I'm driving 45 minutes to get to this bowling alley. They had rather depend on people that who knows if they're going to come and not take up half the bowling alley customer service is everything treating the everyday bowlers are your customers not just the open bowlers we'll see when that clicks in for her because I know that she's reading my messages and now she's trying to taunt me or trying to intimidate me! I only speak the truth so she can continue to try and intimidate me, but there's nothing that I'm saying. That is a lie. Thank goodness. I developed my game and I've been bowling for 12 years in Florida because right about now there would be no way of me learning because four games is ridiculous. I have never heard of a limit on how much you can play or how much you can pay. And again I will say it you watch these shows like bar rescue and restaurant impossible and you start to realize that it is so true that customer service makes you whether you want to spend more or not. And with that so far I only come to league on Mondays. Let...

It is an amazing bowling alley, I like the family friendly environment in the facility. The reason I am giving such a low rating is because all the times ive gone there I have had a bad experience with one of the workers, same one every time. I dont know if she is a manager or something but she is very commanding. I once brought outside food to eat at the mini bar, as part of the company's politics you cant bring any outside food, at the time I didnt know this, this worker came to me and said you cant be here with that food, I replied no problem, just as I was putting all my food in the bag the worker im complaining brought security along like if I said im not leaving. I was escorted outside even though I had already picked up my food, what upsets me is that they only gave me about 10-15 seconds to pick up my food and eat it elsewhere, even though I had purchased an hour of playtime they didnt let me use it because they threw me out. A different day I was at the alley with a group of friends (One of them has down syndrome) and I saw one of those ball ramps that was unnatended and went for it. Right as im taking it for my friend that has doen syndrome and is having a very hard time boelimg, I am approached by the same worker and she very commanding says you are not taking this from here. She didnt even ask for what reason was I taking it. I told her that it was for my friend that had down syndrome. She still denied me the use of the ramp. I was greatly deceived that my friend couldnt use the ramp and therefore really have fun.
