Horrible client service. Never coming back. I browsed the store for almost 30 minutes, employees passing by and no one offered assistance nor had the courtesy to acknowledge me, nor any other customer around me. I decided to go to one employee to get assistance, the guy sent who me to another area. When I got to the computers area desk, there were three employees chatting and joking. I was standing in front of them, I gave them time to finish however none of them acknowledged that I was there… and they can obviously saw me. I had to interrupt them to ask for help. They looked at me like I was a bother. When I showed them a picture of a flyer that was posted on the keyboards section, the first thing they said was “that does not apply to Puerto Rico”, I said, “that’s a picture of a flyer posted right there “… the guy said “go to the Customer Service counter” There I went, when I got to the desk after making the line, the first thing the rep said, “that does not apply to Puerto Rico”. Again I said “thats’s a flyer you guys put in there…then she went to a “supervisor” who checked in the system and said “that does not apply to PR. The flyer is there however there’s a note that says it does not apply to all stores.“ …Why would you post a promotion that’s not available? That’s dishonest. That’s one hour of my valuable time wasted dealing with mediocre employees and management. No one was nice, not one single smile, no one apologized.
I drove 3 minutes to Office Depot Office Max and purchased the same items I looked at Best Buy. That was a $230.00 sale. Also gave them a 5 stars review. There were only a couple of employees at the store however all of them noticed that I was there and cared to provide way...
Read moreIs a store with shelves and no products still a store? If you love waiting in traffic to go to a store with a 50/50 chance of have what you need then this is your place. Before I continue I would like to say that the members of the staff I spoke to where very very helpful except the one guy that was 1000% devoted to helping the hottie find a tv that she could not afford or fit in her house. So I spend a good part of my day waiting a in traffic and looking for parking like everyone else to got to Best Buy. I went up the elevator and was like a kid in the candy store until I found out that it was just a show like the Ikea in Bayamon. You go there thinking I can get what I need and be on my way but that is not the case my friends. I was just trying to buy a Sata cable for a hard drive. I looked and looked but could not find one. All the members of the staff where very nice and helpful but the store just did not have half the stuff it should have. So I went to the front desk and said hey can you help me and they tried but Best Buy does not have it in stock, at any store on island, can't order it and has no idea when or if it will ever be restocked. BUT they do carry it at a great price you just have to spend $200 to fly to Florida on a airline flash deal to get it at that great low price. Just close the store and Amazon will ship whatever you want except a Sata cable and about 50% of the other stuff they sell to your in about 3 days to 6 months. Why does it take so long????? I...
Read moreBe very careful with this location and false advertising. When you go online to check out the prices of items on sale often times at the store the price will be different and no discount is applied. I confronted a cashier on my last purchase of a De’Longhi espresso machine because the price on sale was $125 and this store was selling it for $173+tax, even the regular price on their website was $150 so this was much higher. She refused to apply the sale price indicating due to tariffs on imports the price in PR is higher. Even if so, if you look at the website there is no section indicating of a price difference for Puerto Rico locations due to tariffs etc nor it indicates the actual prices for the island. Reached out to customer support at their HQ & was immediately refunded. Anything from their PC area is a messy unnecessary process, you have to sign up to a virtual queue in order to be helped. Even for a simple item like an airtag is key locked so you have to wait on queue like you pre ordered something and they will refuse to simply go and unlock the item and of course they take forever to help people out. Lastly this store seems to always struggle keeping things in stock, empty shelves are common. I don’t enjoy complaining but i hope this helps other people avoid a headache. This has to be the absolute worst location of Best Buy ever and sadly one of the 2...
