TLDR: Not recommended. Service is very slow, and sloppy. Had to come several times for the same repair, and in the end they didnt fix the problem. Wasted almost 350 dollars on a paper weight. Just get a new phone instead.
I went here because a friend recommended the place. Came for 2 reasons My phone had a cracked glass (but the screen still worked) and because we needed a full screen replacement for another phone.
They told us they didn't have the other phones screen and they would order it, and contact us within a week to bring the device so they could fix it. More than a month passed and we even came back to the store asking for it. Nothing came, so we gave up on that.
The other phone which had a cracked but working screen was in very good condition. They "fixed" it by replacing the whole screen and I had to come back 2 more times because they messed up the repair by not connecting or removing pieces they had to remove to complete the install. Then the touch wasn't working as it used to (which was the only thing i came for the repair) so i had to come back in 3 other instances for the warranty. Once because the warranties are worked by the manager. Second because they told me to reset the phone and come back if it didn't work (surprise! it didn't work). And the third time for the warranty replacement (finally!).
After the second replacement the device was still the same. They somehow damaged the touch screen which was working fine before the repairs, it was just cracked, but working. So I spent 300+ dollars on a repair which i had to come back 5 more times to try and fix it again and again. And in the end yes they fixed the cracked glass but at what cost, since the touch was having problems afterwards.
I gave up with that phone too. I just got a new phone instead. I would've used those 300+ dollars on the new phone instead. Horrible experience on this "certified technician store", not to say that even when the store was empty it was VERY slow (seems understaffed). I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless they REALLY need a specific phone fixed and can't afford a new one or don't want to get into monthly payments. Still, I will suggest, if you need to pay more than 300 or 400 dollars on a repair, just get that money into a new phone and youll be happier with better technology.

The first time, it toom them 3hrs and it was given to me with air bubbles and the tech. said not to worry thst those will go away eventually. That same night the protector was completely detached from the middle. Took it back and this time they took only 25min. I asked the tech. Is there something I need to do to avoid this use, is there like a curring time? He assured me that nothing else needed to be done and that it would be fine now. This time only 1 day pass and here we go again. Another day I need to take off work for this. I called this time to see if I can probably getting done during my lunch break then and I was told that I had to wait for the manager because the protector was already fixed 2 times. I reminded them that it was under the manufacturer warranty and not even once has it been I stalled correctly. Went to get it done, seems the tech. took the phone to the manager and i can hear her say "well change it but it's going to happen again and again because that's how it is with those phones". She doesn't report it to samsung and she definitely didn't have the courage to face the customer and say it straight at me like if i loved to continue to waste time coming to their shop. They changed the protector and again it started to split right through the middle. The worst service. Definitely reported them to samsung.
