Target — Attraction in San Leandro

Bad customer service. I just got off work and really didn’t want to get out my car and decided to do a drive up order. As I come to get my order I notice all of my stuff wasn’t there so I had asked Odalys which was the girl that brought my items to the car where the rest of my items were, she said they had emailed me that they were unavailable. ok I get that. So I asked how come I was fully charged for this order she told me that I would have to ask customer service. So I had to move my car out of pick up parking and find parking. I go in and spoke to Gisselle which is one of the mangers that was there. And asked why I was charged the full amount when I didn’t receive my full order. She said you have to wait for us to except it to clear my account back for the right amount. Ok understood. Then I my products were available she said no. I go well if I go and search for my items and there there then what? She goes well they won’t be because we checked. Ok let’s see. I went to search for my items they “say” Wasn’t available and what do you know all three of my items were there. I asked why did you say it was unavailable but I see them on the shelf. She said oh I will talk with my team lead. I just want to know why weren’t my items with my order if they were on the shelf. Why even have this option to pick up your order if it’s not going to be done right. Didn’t really seem like a big deal to them. Please pick up the slack and get customers there items if it’s there. That’s what you get paid for right. Although the lady that help my at the check stand was amazingly nice I wish I would have gotten her name. I will definitely be doing a survey and giving her...

This is the main Target that I have been shopping at since I moved to the East Bay. The service is mostly acceptable as any other Target. However I had a bad experience at the snack restaurant. A young man with glasses that I no longer see was very rude with his service. Just so that you know every Target set their own prices based on the location of their neighborhood. Like for example the prices in this location seem cheaper as supposed to those in the Peninsula. Therefore I always come here. Just make sure you keep comparing prices. The thing I don't like about this location is this is an older, smaller Target. Sometimes they are not fully stocked with all the items you find at other Targets. And because of their smaller size sometimes the lines seem longer. Thank God there's a self check out area. Although the majority of customers seem clueless on how to use it. If you're a Starbucks fan then you're bound to get disappointed coming here because there's none here. You'll have to walk outside the mall to find one. Lastly I wish they would keep checking on the sanitation status of their restroom. I don't know how the female side is but the men's side can get really nasty. It gives the feeling that the management doesn't care. Take a look at the pictures yourself. Of course there is always a not so elegant group of bad apples that come to this location but in the end it's the management...

I went to the store looking for a hooded floor-length sweater I went directly to the sweater section and didn't see it. I want to ask for help but Jane was on the phone, so I stood around for a little bit waiting for her to finish her call when she got off the phone she got back on the phone again never asking me if she can help. Finally I asked Jane she said she hadn't seen that kind of sweater at all. I explain that my friend just bought one the other day. I started to walk out the store I spotted the sweater so I went to Jane but she was on the phone I waited for her to finish her call and I asked if they have this sweater in my size she never apologized for stating she hadnt seen it. Long story short she couldn't find my size then she said that she was new and asked for help. So Emely came over to help her she was really nice at first but then Jane whispered something to her they both laughed while I was standing there and suddenly Emely's attitude changed. They concluded there are no more in that store but the Dublin location has one left I can call them and they can hold it for me. So I left and headed to Dublin. I call to Dublin store but they couldn't help me because I didn't have an item number I wonder if Jane and Emely knew that I needed in item number in order for the Dublin store...
