DFW Furniture Warehouse — Hotel in San Leandro

I bought furniture from them twice. First purchase was GREAT! I had a great experience as far as looking for what I wanted, and them getting my living room set to me in time. So I went back to purchase a bedroom set. I found a bedroom set and was promised that it would be delivered no more than a week. Took longer than a week, so I went in to the warehouse. Spoke with a man that was there. I was told my bedroom set would be delivered the next day between 9-12:30. Furniture was not delivered. They ended up delivering it the next day after 5, and I wasn’t home. The following week I get a call from Raul who was RUDE!!! Lied and told me he was the manager and then became the owner. This man argued with me and kept going on and on. I guess I was no longer the customer and he was right. I spoke with the guy that’s usually in the warehouse. Told him I want to cancel my order. I will not spend another dollar with this company due to Raul disrespectful attitude. Let’s just say it’s a month later and they have tried to deliver the bedroom set. A month later really? I have tired to get a refund but refuse to pay a restock fee. Not my fault they did not get the job done when it was supposed to. Every time I call now some way some how I’m getting...

You can get amazing deals for really quality furniture here. After spending 3k furnishing a bedroom and dining table with top of the line furniture that looked like crap after a year, I searched all over the Bay Area for a quality place to buy furniture at a great value. Skeptical at first to say the least (it is just an industrial space), I originally purchased a bedroom set. I was hands down so impressed with the price, quality, and service I have gone again and again until now 2 bed rooms, my kitchen, family room, and living room have all been completely furnished by Sean, and I am going to replace my old dining table and bedroom set as well. The furniture is nice and the prices are okay. Although some stuff that they show you on the computer you can get much cheaper online they make custom sized couches and that is the main reason why we went there so we could get a custom sectional to fit our small living room. Where the wait about a month and we finally got them they weren't made to the size that we wanted I believe they were just regular couches and then when we complain the guy said we never ask for it although we went home to get the measurements just double check and make sure. So if you do get something custom made make sure they write that on your receipt Couch doesn't hold up well and fabric is not as durable either. Go to living...
