i love this store, after they polish the store floor, store looks more clean, specially during the morning hours, something different i noticed is that the mirrors and entrance door glass are more clean, i saw one of the security lady cleaned them and she opened the door for me, i liked it, i felt welcome, the only one thing i did not like is the bathroom for the customers is very dirty, and one of the MOD really doesn't what to do, she was argue with the store assistant manager about why i should have the 10% off on a carpet was rip off, and my senior discount, she should wait for me to leave to question his decisions, and since hi is the assistant she should not saying anything, plus she told me in front of other employees, ohh nooo you have to choose only one discount, and this is not the first time that something like that...

I usually don’t write reviews but this was required in this case the entire time I was in this store I was being followed and watched. After I had made my purchase and walked off I noticed an alarm on an item I purchased even though I just paid at the case register the security was refusing to remove the tag even after showing the receipt the staff at the location are very rude and refused to help when it came to the alarm on top of all this they refused to give me any contact information of the manager or anybody in charge who can help me in this event I highly recommend not shopping at this store they are very judgmental and have poor attitude when it comes to...

HORRIBLE! Avoid coming here. Line is super long even the return line. Had a return the lady infront of me had a super long exchange the lady helping her was the manager on duty “Shavanda” only 1 other cashier taking the purchase line.. waited in the return line for 30 minutes.. did not get one thank you for waiting or nothing. After 30 minutes of waiting the Shavanda girl tells the other lady to help us..
