The place i visited here was Little Cesars. Once I discovered that my pizza was cold. I took it back in and asked nicely if i could please have a fresh one. The young man rudely took the pizza threw it to the side and proceeded to the back. I stood there with my daughter nicely waiting for the fresh pizza. The young man, while making the pizza called me all kinds of names and talked mad trash about me bringing the pizza back loud enough for me and my daughter to hear. I asked politely the other guy to give me the rude guys name. He said he couldn't give me the coworkers name but he was the mgr and I could have his name. I asked for the number to the head office, but he claimed he didn't have it and gave me that stores number. Never the less I will never go here again. Nor will I ever send anyone else here. I pray that the young man that was rude can get himself together...

There are two ways to exit, if you were to face Kroger while trying to take around to the Northridge Shopping Center so you wouldn't have to take a u-turn? Customer service is rude and ignorant you ask questions and they just tell you just because that's how it is they don't have an answer to any question you ask them.
