I eat at this chic fil very often never had a problem. I came on 05/22/2019 at 9:44 pm they handed me the lemonade with sweetea mixed it wasnt right they tried to fix it but couldnt i understood because it was close to closing time. I can not drink sodas so she offered me apple and handed me a kids apple juice i ordered the number one. when i got home the chicken tasted spoiled i call the store back and that manager on duty told me to return it on 05/23/2019 the manager came to the drive through window and i told him my concern he told me they would only replace the sandwich his name was Cartwright Asnip he then told me to pull around he came outside to my car and repeated he would only replace the sandwich i told him i brought the whole meal he said because the only thing that was wrong was the sandwich he would only replace it. I told him that i didnt make a fuss about the tea and lemonade i took the apple juice Cartwright stated you didnt have to take the apple juice he refused to greplace the meal. i told him i had the food at home in the garbage and asked him did he want me to go get it he said yes i went and got what food i could out the garbage fries and all and brought it back he looks in the bag and tell me he's not going to replace the food or give me my money back. he stood in front of my car in front of customers arguing loudly stating he wasnt going to replace the food. im in shock at his actions ive never brought food back to Chic Fil A and i dont look at this chic fila bad bc of one mistake with the food but the bad the manager Cartwright has made this a very bad experience where i will never ever eat at another chic fil a. he is a poor manager and conducted himself very unprofessional. even when i brought my food back he waited before he came to the car he helped a man take his food to the car and pretended like he didnt see me i had to call him to get his attention after an employee told him i was waiting. if he acts like this to customer i can only imagine how he treats the employees he is definetly not a fit...
Read moreThis location used to be great, but has went downhill....As a CFA lifer with friends and mentors who still work in corporate and live by the CFA way I experienced an awful experience today. For the past 2 years we eat on average 8x/week at CFA we always ask for crackers for my young son as he can't eat his other food without them. We asked for a few crackers and had to endure embarrassment of begging for them from management including Ben Rhodes to get 3 packs.
I was extremely embarrassed and felt great humiliation. If it was for me I wouldn't care, but for my son we had to get them.
I only post this so that the people PLEASE reconsider visiting this location and visit one of the others within the 1 maybe 2 mile radius for a better 2nd mile experience. It won't make a difference management won't care but I will NEVER eat here again.
To BEN RHODES the operator who I hope reads this...my favorite customer was Mr.Ron at perimeter point he would visit everyday at dinner with his class of 79 Alabama ring and order the same...3 CT strip meal and water cup...he always wanted the kernels on the side. He never had to ask we had it ready for him. That's the CFA way going the extra mile even on the smallest things to take care of people. I would say I expect this from a place like McDonald's, but nowadays most of those chains have adapted to model CFA customer service.
P.s. for anybody wandering I told the lead I didn't mind ordering a small salad/soup as I have loads of points. They just wanted to keep reiterating how they were right and...

It started a week and a half ago, I ordered in the drive thru, the gentleman taking orders submitted the order and asked which sauces I would like, I replied with chick-fil-a among other condemnits, then he proceeds to order me the chick-fil-a sandwich, ok mistakes happen but its unlikely that after we acknowledge the order is done he went and added an item. Since I eat there almost every other day I know an estimate of how much should I be paying thats how i found out the representative had added an item I did not order. a few days ago same on the drive thru, the rep decided that my name is Bryson and not victor as my mom intended so as I pull to the window to pay and pick up my order and confusion, i dont know if this is my order or not and my time is valuable I dont want to revise an order I made 10 min ago, worse service then McDonalds but the next thing happened yesterday and it is the most upsetting thing, Ive come to order and express my concerns about the fact that the service is subpar to what I remember and used to and did not ask for any compensation but to take care of it, the unprofessional manager you had there named Dennis was racially profiling me, she did not care for my complaint, after I placed my order She did not scan my app on purpose, let alone made a mistake which I think was deliberate she ordered me the club grilled chicken with bacon on it when I know I told her grill chicken I am jewish I do not eat pork from religious reasons, so...
