Altitude Trampoline Park — Attraction in Sandy Springs

I hosted my son’s 4th birthday party at this venue and was very disappointed with the experience. When I made the reservation, I confirmed all the details, including that we could arrive 15 minutes before our party time to set up and decorate the party room. However, when we arrived, we were told that we could not go back until 3:30 the time of the party.

The party attendant was not attentive at all. Our guests were left waiting at the front counter because she didn’t respond to her walkie-talkie. When my sister inquired about how much longer they would have to wait, she was told it would be an additional 5 minutes. Eventually, most of our guests were checked in, but then the young lady disappeared. I ended up checking in the remaining guests myself. During our party time she decided to interrupt and audit the waivers.

We didn’t see her again until the pizza arrived.

The kids didn’t receive the full two hours of jumping time as advertised, not due to any fault of ours, but because the staff was unresponsive. At 5:30, there was an announcement that our guest party time had ended, signaling us to exit the premises. One of the employees then approached our guests and started that our party had ended. I was amazed by the lack of professionalism.

Overall, I do not recommend booking a party here. It is disorganized and not worth the money.

No outside food is allowed unless you pay the 75.00 fee. The concession stand doesn't serve anything but vending machine snacks. The pizza is ordered from Papa Johns. I visited this location because of the great reviews It my belief that the employees are writing...

It’s not the park itself, rather the way their pricing and the way they advertise the prices are. I do enjoy bringing my kid here but they gotta do better when it comes to the pricing and how it’s advertised. After having a little bit of a hard time getting us pulled up and having a sign a new waiver (apparently expire after a year for members, just an fyi) we were met w a problem. We have a gold membership and were charged $15 to jump during the “glo party” when it was previously $5??? When I brought that to the guys attention, he said they changed the prices. Ok. However, the advertisement in the easter baskets right by the cash registers reflected as being $5 for gold members to jump during the glo party and $15 for a BUDDY, like I remembered. Pointed that out too. We came late so I didn’t feel like doing the back and forth with the manager. I attached a picture of the advertisement. So it’s like, why would anyone pay $15 for 3 hours of one night on top of the monthly $15 when you could pay $21 for the platinum and jump for free? It makes no sense and I’m keeping my receipt so when I come up here again for a glo party, if it’s $5 for a gold member to jump I’ll know once again, I’ve been got due to lack of understanding on their behalf. This isn’t the first time I’ve been wrongfully charged and the first time was over $50 so that’s why I had to leave a review about it. But it’s great for the kids, my son has a good time. Coming from Miami for a vacation with my children, it was definitely the worst part of our trip. You have some UNCONTROLLABLE teens that come out once sun goes down. I look very young but that doesn’t give a child the right to do what was done. I was on one of the ticket machines with my child when one of the teens came smacked the back of my head and went off running. I went after them and noticed a staff member I told him what happened he seen them all running. He went over to them didn’t really say much came back and told me I won’t have any more issues with them. While by the dive in trampoline the same uncontrollable teens came screaming “to suck his …” I had it all on recording once I seen they kept knit picking I put the phone to record. Jack the member that I spoke to on BOTH occasions wasn’t helpful at all you see in the video he said they had left when in the video you Cleary see them running up to the top floor. I have children of my own and a women that 30 years old I don’t go around disrespecting children for children to be disrespectful INFRONT of my own children. NOT ONE OF THEM KIDS HAD PARENTAL SUPERVISION!
