I am still in shock at my experience with the Marietta location of Chin Chin Chinese. I made an order for 2 for delivery and received the food 40 mins later as promised. However, upon opening my food, I was surprised to see I received incorrect food. I was willing to overlook this until I took the first bite. Literally inedible. The mystery chicken was too tough to chew and I had to finally give up and spit it out. The "fried rice" was terrible as well. I never complain about food, especially delivery, but I felt forced to call the restaurant and ask for either a refund or a new order. This is where things went from bad to ugly. The gentleman answered the phone and I told him about the situation and ended up on the phone with a "manager" named Ron. Ron proceeded to accuse me and my boyfriend of wanting free food and began saying absolutely disgusting and disrespectful things to us. My boyfriend called back 4 (four!) times and begged Ron to stop talking for 5 seconds so he could tell him what the issue was and the solution we were looking for. We even offered to bring in our untouched inedible meals to swap them out for something new and prove we weren't in it for a "free meal" as we were accused of over and over but Ron was very unwilling to help and continued to be repulsively disrespectful. I contacted another location and am awaiting a call from the franchise owner as I am genuinely concerned about the way their business is being run at 610 Johnson Ferry Rd and the way people are being treated. I will post any follow-up. Ron, I am sorry you are so unhappy that you would treat 2 customers the way we were treated tonight. Your words were disgusting, derogatory, disrespectful, repulsive and downright concerning. You should never have entered a management/customer service position and I feel for any future customers who have to...
Read moreFood is served hot and fresh always. Servers are very on top of taking care of you and willing to help with things.
I got the Broccoli and Beef and it is one of my favorite dishes. Broccoli is always tender and never undercooked or mushy. Definitely a safe dish to try if you are new. The Chicken Lo Mein is good, my only complaint is that the noodles sometimes are overcooked and break up very easily, making it hard to use chopsticks.
They offer a wide variety of authentic entrées as well. My partner always gets one that is beef. He always speaks highly of it.
The atmosphere is always very calm and quiet. There is never a lot of people in the restaurant, which is sad because it is truly a wonderful restaurant. Would recommend if you wanted a quiet date night or a simple meal.
Wheelchair Access: Accessibility: 6/10 Front door is at a weird angle and an uphill, so navigate the front door solo can be difficult. The women's restroom at least is very small, and no stall is large enough to accommodate a wheelchair. Transferring for non-ambulatory users would be very difficult. I don’t remember if they had grab handles or not. I cannot speak for the men's restroom. There was maybe 2 handicap parking spots from what I remember, and the parking lot was not very even or easy to roll over, however I don't put that on them as the parking lot is old.
Atmosphere 10/10 The server was quick to move chairs in the way so that I could access the table. I heard. Overall, it was a very welcoming atmosphere. The little robot was confused on how to navigate around the wheelchair, but it isn't exactly his...

My second order was wrong I ordered the Pork Pan Fried Noodles I got Chicken Pan Fried Noodles ok so they made a mistake I called to let them know you gave me chicken instead of pork first it was ok we will give you a credit for the next order then I got a phone call that the manager wanted me to send a picture of what I got. No problem I sent the picture. I get a text back saying " This is a mix of chicken and pork. I'm sorry you did not ask for that I can give you a credit for either egg roll or spring rolls (see below I clearly got all chicken). Like what where is the customer service? Your kitchen messed up not me. So in order to keep a customer and not get a bad review you would rather insult rather than satisfy the customer there are waayyyy!! waayyy!! too many other options in this area that I could choose to order from But I chose your restaurant not once but twice. I spent way more than $16.95 what would it have cost you to just give me a credit. It's called customer service. If you are ordering from this place please check your order before you pay. This is clearly ALL CHICKEN I ORDERED PORK. Instead of being insulted or as if I'm trying to get something for free I WILL NO LONGER ORDER FROM HERE my...
