The female clerk who answers the tech line instantly takes an abusive tone when defendants state they can not join the zoom call. Remote hearing instructions state to call this number if you have problems appearing remotely. They will blame your equipment and claim No one ever has issues and only you have a problem yet time and time again in court it is voiced there ARE equipment issues and it is well know that zoom has serious issues.

This female clerk is instantly snOtto she either hates you or hates her job and I do not comphrend how they are still employed speaking to people the way they do. I would never be able to keep a job speaking the way they do to customers. A simple statement “I can not log into the zoom meeting.” Instantly calls for a barrage of insults thrown at you They show absolute disgust with a defendant. The court room clerks do the same I don’t know if this is the same female “Brittany” yet with lawyers they and the judges laugh and act like best friends the moment they speak to a defendant they turn their tone to angry and rage how dare you defend yourself in court how dare you ask for a fair hearing.

This court doesn’t follow covid 19 protocols and it has no respect for the covid tenant relief act. Multiple laws are ignored. The Covid 19 declarations by law were to be served to the landlord and the landlord was required to provide that form to the tenant. But one judge in the bench lies and states you must have filed your declaration with the court and that you submitting it to the landlord doesn’t apply to your case. At least one judge just ignores filed declarations completely and does not dismiss the case per law.
