Superior Court of California, County of Orange — Attraction in Santa Ana

• I'll try and not to write a book about it.* For Criminal / Traffic Department / *ONLY... For private reasons I won't be putting some exact details but a basic very positive summary of the situation as it took place. I had a unexpected, unnecessary difficult situation, that I couldn't figure out the answer to. And it was a very important complicated matter to handle. I thought about different ways that would probably take a lot longer, through other government agencies. But I decided to take the first thing on my list that had the most logic and least resistance. I went to the Criminal / Traffic Department with paperwork already signed off by a Judge court order. I didn't wait as long as I expected in line which was pretty good. I asked to speak to the person I thought would handle this the best. I was handed off to a supervisor called *ANTHONY. Boy was I in for a surprise.. He handled the matter very well. It took several days and everything got cleared up, like it should have been the whole time & long before. A lot of red tape going on out there.. I'm very happy that Anthony the supervisor at Criminal / Traffic, & took care of it so *well & *exactly the way it needed to be done. I'm very *satisfied with his courteous, prompt, *professional help through the matter. He was the last important link, with in the part of the chain of events, that eventually took the thorn off the Lion's foot. And now the lion can roam free in the jungle to rule as...

If I could give them a zero I would. We deserve better as tax payers that fund the court house. Horrible automated system , the person voice they are using has no energy just pathetic to listen to. They don’t answer the phone even though they have agents available 9-4. Shameful we are subject to this awful non existence customer service. The person in charge should be fired . Typical government office that’s useless yet they keep soaking tax payers with these fancy court houses, fancy furniture, useless services and useless people working there. I bet the only qualifications to work there are you must not be helpful , walk around with your Starbucks coffee cup taking about your personal life. . I bet they hire you on the spot. Useless! I paid my traffic fix it ticket from a police officer who was trying to meet his quota. They sent me a notice of non payment addressed as defendant and my name. This is outrageous! I’m no criminal ! It was a traffic fix it ticket. Fix your mailing to just adding a person name. Not sure why there isn’t more outrage about...

What a travesty. Unclear, outdated recordings, no one in charge. Dropped from a remote hearing which I signed in to thirty mins. Early, and couldn’t get back on ( set that you need a passcode) so they dismiss the whole case. No fault of my own— their fault yet they dismiss my case! I go down in person right away to show screenshots of my sign-in (early) — drop it. 600.00 in ( 2nd heating) and owed 5800.00 by criminal defendants. I’m told to file two different forms ( no one explains the difference but told me to educate myself.). Go to the next hearing Motion to Vacate ( the wrongfully dismissed) and Commissioner DIM UPHOLDS THE CANCEL of my case!!! Their fault I was dropped and REWARDS the CRIMINALS who ignored certified mail twice, servers, and twenty texts— lets them off the hook telling me to start a new case! She didn’t even have the correct amount owed — doubtful even read the uploaded 17 docs of the case. Pathetic and no supervisor on site! JOKE! Don’t bother!...
