A nice neighborhood park. Tennis courts are a big attraction here. There is a playground for younger children, but it is a bit dated as I think the city is trying to preserve a historic display at the park. Handful of first come first serve picnic tables with bbq grills, but you may have to arrive early on weekends to grab one. Baseball/softball diamond and large grassy areas. Public bathrooms and drinking fountains, as well as foot wash for after kids are done playing in the sand.

January 2023 update : I lowered my score because the park really has gotten neglected in recent years. The "train park" has no train anymore, it got removed because it became unsafe. The playground is severely lacking compared to others in the city that have been revamped in the past 5 years. The baseball diamond has patchy holes which are tripping hazards. The city says there will be a refresh maybe later this year. Fingers crossed.

May 2023 update : I learned that the city does have plans to refresh this park. IIRC the planning is supposed to be starting now. No timeline for completion...

Beautiful and peaceful even for being across from Condos, the park is very well shaded in areas and it has outdated little exersice areas, a tennis court, a baseball, a basketball court, a small old style play ground, and a center in the middle that apeared to be closed atm and I didn't get to the otherside of the center where the lovely smei grass creation was nice and not brittle for the few heatwaves the area has just gotten through for the summer carried on; which also means I can't say it has functioning bathrooms or not.

My phone was charging in my truck while me and my dog enjoyed the time at the park and having a peacful little workout at 3 in the late afternoon so I will be back with pictures and an update if nobody beats me...

This place has a nice open space. There is a breeze here which is nice. Public restrooms that are clean. The park itself is clean, peaceful and kid friendly. I didnt see a lot of places at the park that were shady. If you take your kids/toddlers, make on a hot day, make sure they wear long sleeve clothing. You dont know how hot the play structure can be when the sun is beating down on it. Located near stores and gas stations. Quiet...

This park Is very nostalgic for me. I grew up around the corner from here and I have many memories of my dad bringing me here on Saturday mornings in the '80s. Although those are lovely memories, and I loved bringing my kids to the park I grew up at, I do think it's probably time for an upgrade.

Great neighborhood community park. Lots of facilities, tennis, basketball, playground, sand pit. Bathrooms etc. Great for young kids, doggies, everyone in general with bbq and picnic areas. Only cons is the small parking lot but lots of road side parking.

I live close by and have been going to the yoga classes at the building in this park, hosted by Santa Clara CRC. The quality of classes is very good. Lacy is the best yoga teacher I’ve had in this area.
