Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Clara

I had just came into the store after practically losing everything I had the last of our money using the online app. The two pizzas were supposed to come out to five bucks or whatever special that they were having unfortunately of course trying to use the app never really works and you sometimes if you don’t have the time can’t either afford the pizza or you just pay regular set price, which is really unfair, especially in these hard times and also not to mention not being tech savvy, I came into the store with hopes that I can figure out how to get the discount that my app was not working for here at Homestead. I met Cesar the manager, not only did. He have extreme patients, even though I could not find or understand what he was telling me to click on. He helped me with my phone and the app made sure I got the discount and was able to purchase the food. He did everything with extreme sensitivity and caring. He smiled. The whole time didn’t get frustrated . thank you, Cesar for helping me out. You don’t know how far not only with your help but your smile and the mile you went out of your way to help me. Thank you so much. Also, when I received the pizzas and they were put on the counter for me to purchase, I could see the fresh steam come out of them. The pizzas were excellent quality, fresh, hot, and ready to eat just like it says on the commercial the whole team works together clearly and everybody there was polite. This is my second time at the store, but my first time at this store but this is the first time I try to use the discount. When Cesar told me he was the manager. I completely understand why I hope whatever supervisors or corporate see this knows what a good employee and manager is and I hope that he rises up in the chain and it treated well just like he treats little Caesars...

This Little Caesars has redeemed itself! They remodeled the place and it looked pretty darn spiffy! The pizza was hot, it smelled fantastic, and it with looked and tasted great! Good job, Little Caesars! You are my favorite, once again! Hooray!

For some strange reason of which I am unaware, the customer lobby was quite dirty. Due in part to the ongoing road construction, but the build up of dirt in the corners and the puddle of water under the beverage cooler through which the electric cord lay made me rethink having Pizza! Pizza! as a cheap, fast meal. The F-bomb from the back of the kitchen area made me think that parents may not want their small kids exposed to the frat-boy atmosphere. The pizza on this particular day was reminiscent of cheap frozen pizza. We ate half the pizza and tossed out half. Disappointed for sure, but will give this location one chance...

I went i store to order 3 large pepperoni and realized several weeks ago I received a wrong order from door dash and called the store manager the following day. He offered a free pizza on the house because of the mix up. Well after several weeks passed and I never claimed the order I was assuming that my visit today would turnout a no free pizza. I was completely wrong. Even though the time for redemption had long passed and gone the manager on duty gave me that free pizza, Wow Little Ceasars you are awesome. Not only did I recieve a fourth pizza on the house I was also gifted two 2 liter soft drinks, a cheesy breadsticks, a dozen wings and dipping sauce all free and on the house. Now thats what I call a "Pizza, Pizza,...
