Ken's Hair Stylists & Nails /MVP SALON — Attraction in Santa Clara

Crappiest service I’ve ever had at a hair cut place, first time I went in long line but came in and waited anyways, they said about 20 min. After 50 minutes left. Decided to give the place a shot again maybe it was just bad timing. Came in while ken was taking care of a clients hair, no other barbers or clients just him and a customer in the barbers chair, looks directly at me as I walk in, I say “hello how are you today”, doesn’t respond or acknowledge me at all, continues talking about YouTube videos to the person on the barber chair. Waited 15 minutes and still not acknowledged or anything, I’ll never waste my time in that old 70s...

Went for a men’s haircut The old lady was rude. She asked me for the photo of what kind of haircut I want, I showed her. At the end when she started to show me how it looks, I asked to do a few things as it was not what I had shown her in the picture. She got offended and cut my hair half heartedly. In the end she was shying away to show me how it looks. 😂 Men haircut is supposed to be $20, but she charged me $21 without tip. The money thing does not bother me that much, but the atmosphere became quite unfriendly in the end.

I have been staying with my mom in the cardiac ICU across the street at Kaiser. I was growing my hair out, but decided to go back to a pixie cut. I found MVP salon via an online search for the area and had the good fortune of calling and getting an appointment with Lexy. She took such time and care in looking at photos of what I wanted and replicating it. She took such time and care to make me happy when I really needed a boost. I highly recommend her!
