Full Throttle — Attraction in Santa Clarita

Very good launch coaster! This ride is definitely one of the more unique coasters in the park because of it's weird ride layout. It is short but sweet. You start with a really fast launch out of the station that hits 70 mph! It has a very strong kick to it and in the front you feel all that speed. The tallest vertical loop in North America has some amazing hangtime at it's peak, you just dangle there for so long! Then you head up the hill, over superman's plaza into a dive loop, then into a tunnel where you come to a complete stop. You then here a countdown and launch backwards back up that dive loop. This launch is one of the most fun parts of the ride, it definitely caught me off guard with its power. The forward launch gets you to the top of the vertical loop. The airtime going off that loop is crazy! I just wish this ride didn't have those stupid breaks on the descent. Overall, it is a short ride, but it packs a nice punch! I rank it just outside the top five coasters in this park. Be sure to check out this unique launch coaster...

Great ride. If you have never taken a ride on Fill Throttle, it's not what you'd expect from a regular coaster. Forward acceleration, then backward, then forward again. Lots of hang time at the top of that huge loop - you can see for miles upside down. I was once very bitter about the removal of the log ride (a staple of my childhood visits) to install this ride, but this is so good I've made my peace. I have always loved how some rides at Magic Mountain have been specifically engineered to follow the terrain of the park, and Full Throttle delivers on this very well. Ride it, you'll like it. Bruh! This coaster right here, IS EVERYTHING! Man the lady who controls the roller coaster is absolutely hilarious! I literally got off this roller coaster and my whole life made sense! 😂 Lol. I don't really know the science behind it all, but if you hit a rough patch in life, or even have writer's block, this roller coaster takes your breath, and then puts it back! This roller coaster really inspired me and since then, my writer's block is absolutely gone!! I will go back to the park just for this rollercoaster alone LOL! Super fun please...
