WONDER WOMAN Flight of Courage — Attraction in Santa Clarita

This is a great ride! This RMC raptor has some great airtime moments, and is decently well paced. The first drop gives amazing ejector airtime. The dive loop has great airtime at the top and then it whips to the side as you descend. The airtime hill has awesome sustained ejector airtime, that was my favorite part of the ride. The zero-g stall has good hangtime, and then you zip through the turnaround. If you are in the front, you get launched into this element, while in the back you get air going off of it. The zero-g roll has a nice floaty sensation. The mid course break run does not slow you down so you fly into the next turnaround. The finale of this ride is a bunch of airtime hills, all giving great pops of airtime and laterals. My biggest complaints with this ride are the restraints and the smoothness. Every time you hit an airtime moment those shoulder straps dig into your shoulders, and its not the most comfortable. There is a constant rattle as you go through the layout, which I can look past, but I know for some it could affect re-rideability. The row you sit on will make or break the ride. And sadly, you don't get to pick your seat on this ride, unless you politely request one of the younger ops.

The front row is extremely mellow (for a coaster like this). The last 2-3 rows makes the ride pretty incredible. On row 10-12, this ride has one of the most intense first drops in the park. Less than a 30 minute wait for the brand new rollercoaster. I’ve been on single rail coasters before but Wonder Woman was fantastic! The ride was smooth but not so smooth that it wasn’t thrilling. The drops and turns were truly like flying. I hope that they continue to work on the ground space to make it feel like Themyscira - even just added water would make the scenery that much more exciting.
