Horrible experience with Luis. Really bad attitude. He will cancel appointments at the last moment, he shows up late for appointments. Made 2 separate appointments, the 1st he cancelled on the same day just a couple hours before. Rescheduled to give him a second shot and he showed up late with a really fuxked up attitude. So if you like bad attitude, if you have lots of free time to waste, than Luis is your man. Don't waste your time. There are so many very professionally run shops out there. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Waited 7 hours for my car to be finished and never received a call to pick up my vehicle when it was done. I had to show up right before they closed just to pick up my vehicle not knowing if it was even finished or not. I had just had my vehicle professionally washed that same morning before I dropped it off to get tinted and when I picked it up it was completely water stained all over. Originally had gone to a tint shop in Downey, the gentleman there was very unprofessional, decided to check out another local spot and came across FILM KINGS, i called them up and right away felt welcomed, they were very through and provided one of the best customer service over the phone. On top of that, their deal was so much more affordable. When i got there, service and work was impeccable.
