Top notch all the way around. I'm a regular student I go-to University in la Mirada at biola. I'm in a photo class... I was helped by a patient and considerate staff member named Erica. Though the items were priced as they were she never tried to upsell me on a product to get me spending more than. Necessary she even voluntarily offered an opportunity for student discount without me even having to ask. I lest having spent a considerable amount on necessary supplies but the cost was not over priced nor was the quality lacking. I am totes a human this was just an overall decent store. Do not be shocked... The store is like an office... All the choosing is from a catalogue not aisles to paroose. It's literally like walking into a website so... Keep that in mind when u enter. But I wen to the santa fe site bit the other one so idk how it's done out...

As a reminder, this is a werehouse/pick-up location so if you were planning on browsing through the store you won't be able to. The storefront is located in Hollywood.

If you already know what you want you can use the provided computer to browse through their online store, or flip through the catalog on the table and write down the items. If the items are available an employee will bring down the items from the werehouse and finish the transaction. Since this is a business park/warehouse area, signage is pretty lacking. The only ones I saw were similar to lawn signs, driving directions will only get you to the parking lot. You’ll feel like you’re intruding into a corporate office but once you’re at the lobby it does feel like a retail place.
