I just happened upon this place coming out of the diner and remembered I had heard about it. I went on $4 day and was astonished at how many good things I came away with for $65. Makeup, workout pants, toys, etc. I had a lot of fun going on a treasure hunt and when you find something good it really feels like a treasure! I can see how some people would not enjoy this sort of shopping experience but getting a pair of Target exercise pants for $4 is worth it to me! I am curious, why does it seem like the same items are distributed throughout the bins rather than like items in one spot? Not that I'm expecting them to be, just curious. Will be back!

The store concept is interesting. At the beginning of the week, everything in the store is offered at $6 an item. By the the end of the week, whatever is left, the price drops to 25 cents. There are wooden bins spread around the store that people sort through. Every day, the prices drop. The only problem for me, I could not find anything that interested me enough, to buy. Personally, I felt the entire experience degrading.

My Mom is obsessed with this store. I'm shocked at the deals she is getting! A beautiful $30 windchime for just $2! And so many more goodies she has been bringing home! Prices are truly unreal.

I was deeply unsatisfied and disappointed concerning the customer service. While I was checking out my items at the cash register, a man was helping me and I asked if there was a sign somewhere in the store that prohibited customers from opening boxes. I asked him this because I and a lot of other people saw a young girl being kicked out by a woman that works there. The female employee was extremely rude and she was almost yelling at the girl. She told the girl to leave because she was opening the boxes, but there were some other people doing the same. When the girl was told to leave, everyone there looked over at her and were left with a bad impression of the female worker. When the young girl left, I asked the people around there if they could see any signs around the store that say opening boxes is not allowed. They almost all said that they did not know if there were any signs and one said that she didn’t see any, but just assumed that they should not open them. Going back to the part when I was checking out, the male worker I asked the question to pointed at a very small sign that stated boxes were not allowed to be opened. I told the worker that there should be a large sign at the entrance so that everyone can understand that rule (since so many people open boxes) because it is hard to look at anything else besides the items that are being sold. The male worker was super kind and said he would let his boss know. Then, that previous female worker came over and very rudely (almost yelling again) entered the conversation by pointing and saying that there were two far signs that I couldn’t read on the wall saying that boxes were not allowed to be opened (I also don’t see great from afar, so I wonder how others that have worse vision will read the sign. Also, no one is looking for the rules of a store when they are already inside). I did not want to speak with someone so ill-mannered, and I don’t know if this is just how she normally speaks but she speaks so loudly (and almost in a scolding way) which had previously scared the customers and I around the young girl. I do not want to think that just because the young girl and I look Latina, we were being talked to in a discriminatory manner. However, it does appear that way. On the other hand, the male employee was extremely nice and I had a great experience with him. I strongly recommend you guys put up very large sized signs at the entrance that addresses this issue. I would also suggest that the owner observes the employees and their customer service. This is better to prevent more incidents. Please choose...

The employees are terrible. They don’t smile they look like they hate their job and to make matters worse I went in today for the second time, and this lady yelled “ If you try it on, you have to buy it” Not knowing she was referring to my daughter, trying on a headpiece, As I was walking up to the register, she was rolling, her eyes and talking smack to the girl behind the counter so I made eye contact with her and asked her why she was so annoyed, She said that I needed to buy the headpiece that my daughter was trying on and that they were signs all over the place stating if you try it on you have to buy it, I didn’t see any sign stating that by the way. As I was finishing up my purchase, she went and grabbed the headpiece from wherever it was at, and threw it onto the counter And had the employee ring up for it. There’s no number to call to complain, I think they need to hire people that are friendly and know how to approach people when customers are doing something they’re not supposed to according to the rules. I’m not a confrontational person, but the way she acted, The way she rolled her eyes, The way she went and talk smack to the other employees even before we walked in was unprofessional, was not OK and ruined my experience. They definitely have a great deal and selections, but the employees need to work on their customer...

Worst customer experience ever. I have never written a review like this ever. I’m honestly appalled because of what happened. It was my first time at this store and I came because I had heard such great things about it. However, after a while of looking around the store, I noticed some customers opening some plain boxes and I thought it seemed reasonable because there are some boxes that don’t specify what they have inside on the label. So, I thought it was normal/fine to do the same. Hence, I opened two boxes that did not have any specific labels for what was inside. Then a lady approached me and told me I had to leave the store. I was confused because there was no sign anywhere that I could see when I was searching saying that I couldn’t do it and a lot of the other customers were doing the same. A warning would’ve been appropriate at most or some sort of explanation that I’m not allowed to do that, but she just kicked me out with no further explanation. This could’ve easily been avoided with some LARGE signs around the store enforcing this or even with a warning if they see someone doing that, especially since they KNOW people open boxes regularly. I just talked to someone that was inside the store and said they have signs but they’re SUPER small and no one sees them because the whole place is a...
