Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

These people are FANTASTIC! They used to do a "bad" joke of the day, but it's fallen off recently. My coworkers and I go all the time. At least several times a week. It's closer, easier, and tastier than Starbucks. One of my coworkers goes there so often that they start making her drink when she walks in! Talk about service. And they're always super friendly (we usually go before noon). I got one of their reusable cups for hot drinks, but they also let me use it for their blended coffees as well.

I came here because I was given a gift card. My first trip in an experience. No prices on anything, very little descriptions on anything. Employees didn't seem to know much or just didn't want to answer questions. I decided to go with a drip coffee, holy cow$5.10 for a medium cup of coffee. But, it was a very good cup of coffee. So I went back, coffee was decent but still not much from employees. Went back a third time after that great cup of coffee I had the first time, it was undrinkable. $5.10 in the garage. I really wanted to like this place. I love supporting local coffee shops since I used to work at one. However the vibe here was cold and my experience was lacking. The one taking my order was pleasant but wanted me to hurry up and order. Then he tells me their small americanos only come with 1 shot of espresso. Even Starbucks puts two shots and we know they price gouge. They don’t have pricing anywhere. The breakfast burrito was tasty but very small, especially for $10.
